đá bóng trực tiếp tenure of a secondary school’s principal shall be 05 years. After each academic year, đá bóng trực tiếp principal shall receive feedback from đá bóng trực tiếp school's public employees and staff and be assessed by đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority as prescribed by law. A person shall not hold their post as đá bóng trực tiếp principal of a public secondary school for more than two consecutive tenures.
What are đá bóng trực tiếp rights and duties of theprincipal of alowersecondary school in Vietnam?
As stipulated in Point d, Clause 1, Article 11 of đá bóng trực tiếp lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp rights and duties oftheprincipal of alowersecondary school in Vietnam are as follows:
- Build and organize đá bóng trực tiếp school’s apparatus according to regulations in Article 9 of đá bóng trực tiếp lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT; appoint department/unit heads and deputy heads; and establish đá bóng trực tiếp school council as per regulations in Points dd and e Clause 1 Article 10 of đá bóng trực tiếp lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT;
- Formulate đá bóng trực tiếp school’s development planning, objectives, vision and strategies; đá bóng trực tiếp school’s organizational and operational regulations; and đá bóng trực tiếp school’s annual education plans, which shall be proposed to đá bóng trực tiếp school council for approval and implementation;
- Adopt đá bóng trực tiếp school council’s decisions or conclusions concerning đá bóng trực tiếp matters mentioned in Point c Clause 1 Article 10 of this Decree. In case đá bóng trực tiếp principal does not agree with a decision from đá bóng trực tiếp school council, obtain đá bóng trực tiếp opinion of đá bóng trực tiếp supervisory education authority. - Submit reports on and assessment of implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp school’s education plan and decisions issued by đá bóng trực tiếp school council to đá bóng trực tiếp school council and competent authorities;
- Recruit and manage teachers and staff; sign labor contracts with teachers and staff, and receive and relocate teachers and staff; manage academic matters; assign tasks to teachers and staff, inspect and evaluate teachers and staff; and reward and discipline teachers and staff as prescribed by law;
