(1) PARTICIPANTS
- Vietnamese citizens and overseas Vietnamese; foreigners living and working in Vietnam.
- Authors from remote areas, border areas, islands; and those living, studying, or working abroad are encouraged to participate.
(2) THEME, CONTENT, REQUIREMENTS, AND JOURNALISTIC GENRES

"Simple but Noble Examples."
2. Content
To discover and honor typical individuals who are Vietnamese citizens from all backgrounds, ages, and professions, with daily simple acts that bring high value and effectiveness, creating positive transformations in each agency, unit, field of work; people who strive to overcome circumstances, who are bold in thought, action, and responsibility, prioritizing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp interests of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp country and community above all.
3. Requirements for submitted works
- Works must ensure accuracy and persuasiveness.
