- Meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standards for professional secondary school teachers as stipulated in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái current regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional secondary school;
- Successfully completing assigned duties. Not being disciplined for legal violations in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái 2 years leading up to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition date;
- Not being a member of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Organizing Committee or a member of any committee assisting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Organizing Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition in which xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái teacher intends to register;
- Meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition participation documentation requirements stipulated in Article 6 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Competition for Selection of Excellent Teachers in Intermediate Professional Education.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái composition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Organizing Committee includes: xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head (without Co-Head), Deputy Head, and Members. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái number of Deputy Heads and Members is decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái authority organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition.
1. Head:
a) School-level competition: Principal or Vice Principal authorized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Principal;
b) Provincial-level competition: Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training or Vice Director authorized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Director;
c) National-level competition: Leaders of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Education and Training or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of a unit assisting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Minister in state management of intermediate professional education, authorized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry's Leaders.
2. Deputy Head:
a) School-level competition: Vice Principal or Head of Training Department;
b) Provincial-level competition: Vice Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái unit in charge of intermediate professional education at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái unit hosting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition venue;
c) National-level competition: Representatives of leadership from units assisting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Minister of Education and Training in state management of education; representatives of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái leadership from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái unit hosting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition venue.
3. Members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Organizing Committee: Those with good ethics, professional competence, experience, and capability to fulfill xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tasks and authority of Members as specified in clause 4, Article 9 of these Regulations.

Secretariat of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Competition
1. Composition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Secretariat (referred to as Secretariat):
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Secretariat consists of: a Head and Members (excluding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái secretaries of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái July Sub-Board). xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái number of Secretariat members shall be at least 03 people and is decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Organizing Committee.
a) Head of Secretariat: One member simultaneously serving in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Organizing Committee;
b) Members: Individuals with good ethics, professional competence, experience, and capability to fulfill xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tasks and authority of Members as specified in clause 4 of this Article.
