Pursuant to Article 41Decree 86/2018/ND-CP, an application for establishing a foreign-invested educational institution includes:

(1). Forpreschoolsandtrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hômestablished by foreign diplomatic missions, intergovernmental international organizations, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier includes:

- Application for establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational institution as per Form No. 13 in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Appendix issued withDecree 86/2018/ND-CP;

- Establishment scheme of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational institution as per Form No. 14 in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Appendix issued withDecree 86/2018/ND-CP, specifying: xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái name of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institution; educational objectives and tasks; scope of educational activities; degrees and certificates to be issued; projected organizational and management structure.

A specific plan for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái construction, development, and scale of training of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational institution in each stage, clearly showing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái capacity to meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái quality assurance content requirements as stipulated in Articles 36, 37, and 38Decree 86/2018/ND-CP;

(2). For preschool, general education institutions, and foreign-invested higher education institutions, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier includes:

- Application for establishment as stipulated in Point a Clause 1 Article 41Decree 86/2018/ND-CP;

- Establishment scheme of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institution as stipulated in Point b Clause 1 Article 41Decree 86/2018/ND-CP;

- Certified copies or copies accompanied by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái original for comparison of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái document approving land lease by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial People's Committee for constructing facilities (clearly stating xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái address, area, and boundaries of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái land) or a principled agreement for leasing suitable existing facilities as stipulated in Clause 5 Article 36Decree 86/2018/ND-CPand related legal documents;

Authorities competent to approve establishment of foreign-invested educational institutionsin Vietnam

Pursuant to Article 40Decree 86/2018/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái authority to approve xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of foreign-invested educational institutions is as follows:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Prime Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Government of Vietnam decides on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of higher education institutions with foreign investment.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Minister of Education and Training decides on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of preschools, general education institutions established by foreign diplomatic missions, intergovernmental international organizations.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Chairman of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial People's Committee decides on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of preschools and general education institutions, except for those mentioned in Clause 2 Article 40Decree 86/2018/ND-CP.

Procedures for licensing establishment of foreign-invested educationalinstitutions in Vietnam

Pursuant to Article 42Decree 86/2018/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái procedure for establishing a foreign-invested educational institution is as follows:

Step 1:xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái investor submits 01 set of dossiers directly or via postal service to:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Education and Training for applications requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of: higher education institutions; preschools, general education institutions proposed by foreign diplomatic missions, intergovernmental international organizations;

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training for applications requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of: preschools, primary schools, middle schools, high schools, multi-level general education schools, except for preschools, general education institutions stipulated in Point a Clause 1 Article 42Decree 86/2018/ND-CP.

Step 2:xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái procedure for establishment approval is as follows:

- Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái complete dossier as stipulated in Article 41Decree 86/2018/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority is responsible for checking xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái validity of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier and sending it to relevant agencies and units for opinions;

- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier is incomplete according to regulations, within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority must notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái investor in writing, either directly or via postal service or email;

- Within 10 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái request for opinions from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái consulted agencies and units must respond in writing;

- Within 30 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái complete dossier, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority must complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái appraisal report and submit it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority as stipulated in Article 40Decree 86/2018/ND-CPfor consideration and decision on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái foreign-invested educational institution as per Form No. 15 in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Appendix issued withDecree 86/2018/ND-CP;

- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier is not approved, within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái opinion from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority must notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái investor in writing, clearly stating xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái reasons.

* After a period of 02 years for institutions stipulated in Clauses 2 and 3 Article 28; 04 years for institutions stipulated in Clause 4 Article 28 from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái effective date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment decision, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institution is not permitted to operate educational activities, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment decision of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational institution will expire.
