Based on Article 12 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Regulations on Admission andĐào bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếpissued together withCircular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay regulation on graduation recognition and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay issuance of master's degrees is as follows:

Recognition and Issuance of Master’s Degrees

1. Conditions for students to be recognized for graduation:

a) Having completed all modules of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training program and successfully defended their thesis or project;

b) Having a foreign language proficiency that meets trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay requirements of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training program’s output standards before trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay time of graduation consideration; evidenced by one of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay foreign language degrees or certificates equivalent to Level 4 as per trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Six-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam as stipulated in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Appendix of this Regulation or other equivalent certificates published by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training, or a bachelor’s degree or higher in a foreign language, or a bachelor’s degree or higher in another field with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay program delivered entirely in a foreign language;

c) Completing all responsibilities as per trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training institution’s regulations; not being prosecuted for criminal liability and not under any disciplinary action or suspension from studies.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training institution shall organize trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay graduation consideration and decision within 02 months from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay student successfully defends his/her thesis or project; a maximum of an additional 03 months in cases where trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay thesis or project needs assessment.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training institution shall issue trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay master’s degree to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay student within 01 month from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay graduation recognition decision.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay content stated on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay degree and its appendix shall comply with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training regulations, in which trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay appendix shall specify whether trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay program orientation was research-oriented or application-oriented.

5. For those students who do not meet trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay graduation conditions within trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay stipulated study period as specified in Clause 2, Article 3 of this Regulation, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay principal or director of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training institution (hereinafter referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay principal) shall issue a certificate of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay modules trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay student has accumulated in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training program.

6. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training institution's regulations shall detail trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay methods for calculating trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay average score for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay entire course, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay procedures for graduation consideration and recognition; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay conditions for study suspension, and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay issuance of certificates for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay accumulated study results for students who have not completed trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay graduation conditions.

Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay foreign language proficiency output standards for master's degree training are as follows:

- Having a foreign language proficiency that meets trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay requirements of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training program’s output standards before trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay time of graduation consideration; evidenced by one of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay degrees or certificates equivalent to Level 4 as per trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Six-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.

- Or other equivalent certificates published by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training;

- Or a bachelor’s degree or higher in a foreign language;- Or a bachelor’s degree or higher in another field with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay program delivered entirely in a foreign language.

What are cases in which master's degree students in Vietnam areallowed to temporarily suspend studies and reserve results?

Based on Clause 1, Article 13 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Regulations on Admission and Training of Master's Degrees issued together withCircular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT,trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay regulations on temporary suspension of studies, termination of studies are as follows:

Temporary Suspension of Studies, Termination of Studies

1. Students are allowed to temporarily suspend studies and reserve results in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following cases:

a) Being enlisted into trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay armed forces;

b) Being assigned by a competent authority to represent trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay country at international competitions, tournaments, or undertake other national or sectoral tasks;

c) Being ill, pregnant, or involved in an accident requiring long-term treatment, but must have a certificate from a certified medical facility as per trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Health’s regulations;

d) For other personal reasons, but must have completed at least one semester at trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training institution and not being under consideration for expulsion or disciplinary action.

Therefore, master's degree students are allowed to temporarily suspend studies and reserve results in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following cases:

- Being enlisted into trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay armed forces;

- Being assigned by a competent authority to represent trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay country at international competitions, tournaments, or undertake other national or sectoral tasks;

Based on Article 16 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Regulations on Admission and Training of Master's Degrees issued together withCircular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay regulations on handling violations of students are as follows:

Handling Violations of Students

1. Students who commit fraud during exams, tests, and evaluations of their learning results will be disciplined for each module violated.

2. Students caught taking an exam for someone else or paying someone else to take an exam for them will be suspended from studies for 01 year for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay first offense and expelled for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay second offense.

3. Students who violate any of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following regulations will be expelled; if a master’s degree has been issued, it will be revoked and annulled per trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training:

a) Committing fraud in admissions, studies, thesis or project defense, or in filing documents for degree or certificate issuance;

b) Using another person’s results or copying, improperly citing in theses or projects, as concluded by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay assessment council, that if trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay used, copied, or improperly cited parts are removed, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay thesis or project shall not meet trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay requirements;

c) Hiring or paying someone else to do their thesis or project.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training institution regulations shall detail trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay handling of violations for students.

Thus, master's degree students caught paying someone to take an exam for them will be handled as follows: suspended from studies for 01 year for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay first offense and expelled for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay second offense.
