Proposal: Teachers in Vietnam will report to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal if they teach outside of school

According to Article 5 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Draft Circular stipulating regulations on extra tutoring and learning, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provisions for extra tutoring and learning outside of school are as follows:

Extra Tutoring and Learning Outside of School

1. Organizations or individuals conducting business in extra tutoring and learning outside of school (hereafter referred to as extra tutoring centers) must meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following requirements:

a) Register a business according to legal regulations.

b) Publicize kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects offered for extra tutoring and learning; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp duration of extra tutoring for each subject according to different grade levels; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp location, and time of extra tutoring sessions; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp list of extra tutoring teachers and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tuition fees before enrolling students for extra tutoring classes.

2. Teachers (including Vice Principals or deputies of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head) who are working and receiving salaries from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp budget of public general educational institutions or continuous educational institutions participating in extra tutoring outside of school must meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following requirements:

a) Report to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal about kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subject, location, and time of participation in extra tutoring and commit to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal to complete kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp assigned tasks and not violate kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations in Article 3 of this Circular.

b) In cases where a teacher's extra tutoring class outside of school includes students from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp class kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teacher is currently teaching in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teacher must report and list those students (name of student; class they are attending in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school) to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal and commit not to use any form of coercion to force students to take extra classes.

3. Principals participating in extra tutoring outside of school must report and obtain approval from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training (for secondary school level), kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Director of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training (for high school level).

If ateacherhas students in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp extra tutoring class who are from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp class kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teacher is currently teaching in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teacher must report, list those students to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal and commit not to use any form of coercion to force students to take extra classes.

Are university educational institutions in Vietnamallowed to organize tutoring in general education programs?

Based on Clause 3, Article 3 ofCircular 17/2012/TT-BGDDT, extra tutoring is not allowed in following cases:

Cases Where Extra Tutoring is Not Allowed

1. No extra tutoring is allowed for students who attend school sessions arranged by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school twice per day.

2. No extra tutoring is allowed for primary school students, except in cases of training in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp arts, physical education, sports, and life skills.

3. University educational institutions, colleges, professional secondary schools, and vocational schools are not allowed to organize extra tutoring in general education programs.

4. For teachers receiving salaries from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp budget of public service providers:

a) They are not allowed to organize extra tutoring outside of school but may participate in extra tutoring outside of school.

b) They are not allowed to tutor outside of school students they teach in regular school sessions without kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp permission of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teacher's management agency.

Thus, university educational institutions are not allowed to organize extra tutoring for contents under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếpChương trình giáo bóng đá.

Do students in Vietnamneed to write an application for extra tutoring within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school?

Based on Clause 1, Article 5 ofCircular 17/2012/TT-BGDDT:

Organizing Extra Tutoring and Learning Within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp School

1. Students wishing to attend extra tutoring must write an application for extra tutoring and send it to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school; parents or guardians (hereafter referred to as parents) of students wishing to attend extra tutoring must directly sign and commit with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school about extra tutoring and learning in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application for extra tutoring and bear responsibility for fulfilling kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp commitment.

2. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal receives students' applications for extra tutoring, organizes groupings of students according to their academic abilities, assigns teachers to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp respective subjects, and organizes extra tutoring based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp groups of students' academic abilities.

3. Teachers wishing to participate in extra tutoring must fill out an application; in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application, they commit to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school to complete all kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp general tasks of a teacher and other tasks assigned by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school, and strictly adhere to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations on extra tutoring within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school.

4. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Principal reviews kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp list of extra tutoring teachers, assigns teachers to participate in extra tutoring, schedules extra tutoring sessions in accordance with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp students' academic abilities.

Thus, if students wish to attend extra tutoring within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school, they must write an application for extra tutoring and send it to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school.

Parents or guardians wishing to apply for extra tutoring must directly sign and commit with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school about extra tutoring and learning in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application and bear responsibility for fulfilling kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp commitment.
