The National Committee for AIDS, Drugs xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Prostitution Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Control has recently launched the National Action Month on HIV/AIDS Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Control for 2024 under the theme“Equity xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Equality in Access to HIV/AIDS Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Control Services - Aiming to End the AIDS Epidemic by 2030/Công bằng, bình đẳng trong tiếp cận dịch vụ phòng, chống HIV/AIDS - Hướng tới chấm dứt dịch bệnh AIDS vào năm 2030”according to Official Dispatch 6678/BYT-UBQG50 from 2024 regarding the Plan for implementing the National Action Month on HIV/AIDS Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Control.

The Ministry of Education xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Training of Vietnam has implemented the plan for the National Action Month on HIV/AIDS Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Control in 2024 by mandating the Departments of Education xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Training, educational institutions, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Pedagogical colleges (collectively referred to as the units) to perform tasks according to Official Dispatch No. 7156/BYT-UBQG50 from 2024. To be specific:

- Strengthen propaganda work to enhance awareness xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái responsibility among students for HIV/AIDS prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái control; educate on legal knowledge xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái HIV/AIDS prevention through various forms.

According to Article 15 of theLaw on HIV/AIDS Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Control 2006, regulations on HIV/AIDS prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái control in educational establishments within the national education system in Vietnam are specified as follows:

- Educational institutions shall organize education for students xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái learners on HIV/AIDS prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái control integrated with sex xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái reproductive health education, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conduct other HIV/AIDS prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái control activities at their establishments.

- Educational institutions may not:

+ Refuse to admit a student or learner on the ground that such person is infected with HIV;

+ Discipline or expel a student/learner on the ground that such person is infected with HIV;

+ Separate, limit or forbid a student or learner from participating in the establishment's activities or services on the ground that such person is infected with HIV;

+ Request a student, leaner or a candidate to have HIV tested or produce an HIV test result.

- Information, education xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái communication on HIV/AIDS prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái control shall aim at raising awareness, changing attitude xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái behavior, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái fighting stigmatization xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái discrimination against HIV-infected people.

- The provision of information, education xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái communication on HIV/AIDS prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái control shall meet the following requirements:

+ Being accurate, clear, simple xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái practical;

+ Being relevant to the targeted audiences, their education level, age, gender xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái traditions, culture, ethnic identity, religion, social morals, beliefs xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái customs;

+ Being non-discriminatory, not affecting gender equality xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái not using negative information on or images of HIV-infected people.
