Under Clause 3, Article 4 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDTregulating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selection of textbooks used in general education institutions in Vietnam:
Textbook Selection Council
1. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Textbook Selection Council of an educational institution (hereinafter referred to as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council) is established by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay continuing education center, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education - continuing education center, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of educational institutions implementing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general education program, and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay continuing education program at lower and upper secondary levels (hereinafter referred to as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head) to assist vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head in organizing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selection of textbooks. Each educational institution establishes one (1) Council. For institutions with multiple education levels, each level establishes one (1) Council.
2. Number and structure of Council members
a) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council includes: vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deputy head; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional team, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional group, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayprofessionaldepartment (hereinafter collectively referred to as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional team), representative teachers, representative of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent Committee of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council consists of an odd number of members, with a minimum of 11 (eleven) members. For educational institutions with fewer than 10 (ten) classes, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay minimum number of Council members is 5 (five);
b) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay structure of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council includes: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Council members. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council is vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head; in cases where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head cannot participate according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of clause 3, Article 4 of this Circular, or in cases of absence due to force majeure, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council is vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deputy head. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vice Chairman of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council is vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deputy head or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional team. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Secretary is selected from among vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council members.
3. Anyone who has participated in compiling textbooks or has directed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay compilation, publication, printing, or distribution of textbooks (in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of textbooks approved by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training); parents, parents-in-law, spouse; siblings and siblings-in-law of those who have participated in compiling textbooks or have directed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay compilation, publication, printing, or distribution of textbooks; or those working in publishing houses or organizations with textbooks, are not allowed to participate in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council.
Thus, parents, parents-in-law, spouse; siblings, and siblings-in-law of someone who has participated in compiling textbooks may not actas a member of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Textbook Selection Council.

Process for Selecting Textbooks in Educational Institutions
1. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council formulates a plan for organizing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selection of textbooks for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution; assigns tasks to Council members.

4. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council proposes to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of textbooks that have been properly selected by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional teams according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of this Circular.
5. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution prepares vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay textbook selection dossier and submits it to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Division of Education and Training (for primary and lower secondary levels), and to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training (for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay upper secondary level). vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier includes:
a) Decision to establish vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution;
b) Minutes of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council meeting according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations specified in clause 3 of this Article;
c) List of selected textbooks by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution.
Currently, depending on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education level, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution prepares vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay textbook selection dossier and submits it to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Division of Education and Training (for primary and lower secondary levels), and to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training (for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay upper secondary level).
What are vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general regulations on textbook selection by schools in Vietnam?
Under Article 16 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDTwhich sets out general regulations on textbook selection by schools in Vietnam:
- Organize textbook selection according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations inThông tư 27/2023/TT-BGDĐT.
- Announce vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of textbooks approved by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Provincial People's Committee for use in educational institutions to teachers, students, and parents.
- Effectively utilize textbooks in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teaching and learning process; guide teachers, students, and parents on using textbooks according to regulations.
- Collect and compile any recommendations from teachers, students, and parents (if any) regarding adjustments or additions to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of textbooks approved by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Provincial People's Committee, and report them to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Departmentof Education and Training (for upper secondary level) and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Division of Education and Training (for primary and lower secondary levels) before organizing implementation according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations in this Circular.
- Be accountable to educational management agencies, students, and parents for organizing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selection of textbooks at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Article 7 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT.
- Prepare budget estimates and submit them to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authorities for approval of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay costs associated with organizing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay textbook selection according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLuật vtv5 trực tiếp bóng.
