1. Primary schools use textbooks approved by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Education and Training and the Provincial People's Committee decides on the selection and use trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay these in the teaching and learning process in primary schools in the area; teachers and students use textbooks in teaching and learning activities to achieve the goals, education content, and the required competencies, and qualities trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay students as stipulated in the primary education program; primary schools must promptly provide full information about textbooks used at the school for students and their families.
2. Teaching equipment used in the school must be from the List trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Minimum Teaching Equipment issued by the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Education and Training and other teaching equipment as stipulated in the general education program.

What are procedures forselectingEthics textbooks for grade 1 in educational institutions in Vietnam?
According to Article 7 trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT, the procedures for selecting Ethics textbooks for grade 1 in educational institutions in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:
Step 1:The council develops a plan to organize the selection trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay textbooks for the educational institution; assigns tasks to council members.
Step 2:Organize the selection trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay textbooks at the professional group level
- Based on the plan trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the council and the criteria for selecting textbooks, the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group develops a plan to organize the selection trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay textbooks for each subject within the group, and reports to the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the institution before implementation;
- Organize for all subject teachers (including permanent, contract, seconded, visiting, and multi-school teachers) in the institution to participate in the selection trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay textbooks for that subject;
- At least 20 days before the first meeting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group, the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group organizes for subject teachers to study the textbooks, write review and evaluation forms based on the textbook selection criteria;
- The head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group organizes a meeting with subject teachers to discuss, vote on the selection trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay one textbook for the subject.
In cases where a subject has only one approved textbook by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Education and Training, the professional group selects the textbook according to the decision without a vote.
The selected textbook must be chosen by at least half trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the subject teachers.
If no textbook receives at least half trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the votes, the professional group must discuss and vote again; the selected textbook is the one receiving the highest number trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay votes in the second round.
In both rounds, if two textbooks receive the highest equal votes, the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group decides on one trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the textbooks.
Meeting minutes trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group must include detailed comments and evaluations from participating subject teachers, signed by the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group and the record keeper;
- The head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the professional group consolidates the results and creates a list trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay selected textbooks signed by the head and the designated person.
Step 3:The council meets, discusses, evaluates the organization trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay textbook selection by professional groups; verifies meeting minutes and evaluation forms according to Clause 2, Article 7 trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayThông tư 27/2023/TT-BGDĐT;
Consolidates the selection results from professional groups into a report, including comments and evaluations on the organization trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay textbook selection by the groups; the list trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay selected textbooks by the groups, signed by the Chairman and Secretary trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Council.
Step 4:The council proposes to the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the institution the list trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay selected textbooks according toThông tư 27/2023/TT-BGDĐT.
Step 5:The educational institution prepares the paperwork for textbook selection and submits it to the Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Education and Training (for primary and lower secondary levels) and the Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Education and Training (for upper secondary level).
