What is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ process for selecting textbooks in educational institutions in Vietnam?

Based on Article 7 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ process for selecting textbooks in educational institutions is as follows:

Step 1:trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council develops a plan for organizing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selection of textbooks for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution; assigns tasks to council members.

Step 2:Organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selection of textbooks in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups

- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council's plan and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ criteria for selecting textbooks, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group formulates a plan to organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selection of textbooks for each subject within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group's structure and reports to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution before implementation;

- Organize for all teachers of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution (including permanent, contract, secondment, visiting, and cross-school teachers) to participate in selecting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbooks for that subject;

- At least 20 days before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ first meeting of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group organizes for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject teachers to study trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbooks of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject, write review comments, and evaluate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbooks according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selection criteria;

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group organizes a meeting with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject teachers to discuss, vote to select one textbook for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject. If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject has only one textbook approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group selects trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbook without trực tiếp bóng đá k+ need for voting.

trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selected textbook must be chosen by at least half of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject teachers.

If no textbook is selected by at least half of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject teachers, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group must discuss and vote again; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbook selected will be trực tiếp bóng đá k+ one with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ highest number of votes by subject teachers in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ second vote.

If during both votes, there are two or more textbooks with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ highest equal votes, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group decides to select one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbooks with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ highest votes.

trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group's meetings are documented, recording all review comments and evaluations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbooks by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ participating subject teachers, with signatures from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person assigned to document trực tiếp bóng đá k+ meeting;

- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group compiles trực tiếp bóng đá k+ results, creates a list of selected textbooks by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group with signatures from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional group and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person assigned to compile trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list.

Step 3:trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council meets, discusses, and evaluates trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of textbook selection by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups; verifies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ meeting minutes of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ review comments and evaluations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers; compiles trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selection results from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups into a minutes (including content: review comments on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of textbook selection by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups; list of textbooks selected by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups), with signatures from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman and Secretary of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council.

Step 4:trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council proposes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of textbooks selected by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional groups according to regulations to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institution.

Step 5:trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution files trực tiếp bóng đá k+ textbook selection dossier with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Department of Education and Training (for primary and secondary levels), trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Department of Education and Training (for high school level). trực tiếp bóng đá k+ dossier includes:

- Decision to establish trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution;

- Meeting minutes of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ council as per regulations;

- List of selected textbooks by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution.

* Educational institutions include:primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, multi-level schools, continuing education centers, vocational education - continuing education centers, and educational institutions implementing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ general education program, continuing education program for secondary and high school levels (Clause 2, Article 1 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT).

Are educational institutions allowed to choose textbooks outside trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training of Vietnam?

Based on Article 2 ofCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDTon trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principles of selecting textbooks:

Principles of Selecting Textbooks

1. Select textbooks from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of textbooks approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training for stable use in educational institutions.

2. Each grade level selects one textbook for each subject and educational activity (including content and elective study subjects if applicable) implemented in educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as subjects).

3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ selection of textbooks must ensure democratic, objective, transparent, and student-centered principles.

Thus, one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principles of selecting textbooks is that trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution must select from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list of textbooks approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training. Therefore, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution is not allowed to choose textbooks outside trực tiếp bóng đá k+ list approved by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Education and Training.
