c) Register as a Vietnamese citizen abroad according to current regulations and update information into trực tiếp bóng đá k+ database system as stipulated in Article 4 of this Decree;
d) Not arbitrarily drop out; conform to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ time frame for study, training level, field of study, country of study, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent agency sending them for study;
dd) Inform trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sending agency at least 10 working days in advance before returning to Vietnam for internships, document collection, school breaks, or holidays as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign educational institution’s regulations for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ students specified in point a and b clause 1 Article 3 of this Decree;
e) Send a study progress report (Form No. 01 attached in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Appendix of this Decree) and a copy of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ study results certified by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign educational institution by mail, directly, or online to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sending agency after each semester, academic year;

What are regulations onrecovering reimbursement costs for students who are not officials, public employees and arbitrarily drop out?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 13 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CPregulating Vietnamese citizens going abroad for study, teaching, scientific research, and academic exchange:
- Reimbursement costs include all training costs paid by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state budget for students as specified in points a and b clause 1 Article 3 ofDecree 86/2021/ND-CPand are provided by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sending agency.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ recovery of reimbursement costs for students is carried out as follows:
+ trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct managing agency or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sending agency (for those without a working organization) issues a decision on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ recovery of reimbursement costs and sends this decision to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ students subject to reimbursement. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ consideration for exemption, reduction of reimbursement costs is determined by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct managing agency or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sending agency based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student's dossier and is accountable to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent agency upon request;
+ Within 120 days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ receipt of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ recovery of reimbursement costs from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct managing agency or sending agency, students must pay trực tiếp bóng đá k+ full reimbursement costs;
+ Reimbursement costs are paid to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct managing agency or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sending agency that has paid trực tiếp bóng đá k+ costs for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ students;
+ In trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of students failing to fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reimbursement obligation, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ direct managing agency or sending agency has trực tiếp bóng đá k+ right to file a lawsuit in court following legal regulations.
