Recognition of Graduation and Awarding ofBằng xem bóng đá trực

1. Conditions for students to be recognized as graduates:

a) Completed all courses in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training program and successfully defended trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro thesis or project;

b) Have a foreign language proficiency that meets trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro output standard of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training program before trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation evaluation time; evidenced by one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro diplomas or foreign language certificates equivalent to Level 4 according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework for Vietnam stipulated in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Appendix of this Regulation, or other equivalent certificates announced by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training, or a bachelor's degree or higher in a foreign language, or a bachelor's degree or higher in another major in which trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro program is entirely conducted in a foreign language;

c) Completed responsibilities as prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution; not being prosecuted and not during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro period of disciplinary action or suspension of studies.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution shall organize trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro evaluation and issue trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation recognition decision within 2 months from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro student successfully defends trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro thesis or project; a maximum of 3 additional months in case a thesis or project evaluation is required.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution shall award trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro master’s degree to students within 1 month from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation recognition decision.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro content recorded on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro diploma and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro diploma supplement shall follow trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro rules stipulated by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training, in which trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro diploma supplement clearly states trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro research orientation program or application orientation program.

5. For students who do not meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation conditions within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro study time prescribed in Clause 2, Article 3 of this Regulation, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution (hereinafter collectively referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal) shall issue a certificate of results of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro courses trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro student has accumulated in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training program.

6. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regulation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution specifies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro method for calculating trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro average grade for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro entire course, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro process of graduation evaluation and recognition; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro reservation, and issuance of a certificate of accumulated study results for students who have not yet met trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation conditions.

Therefore, a failed master's thesis defense can be retaken. If a master's thesis defense fails trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first time, it can be revised and supplemented to be evaluated again within 3 months from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first evaluation council meeting.

Thesis Guidance

1. Students in a research-oriented program must conduct a research topic with a volume of 12 to 15 credits, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro results of which are expressed in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro thesis. Students must conduct their thesis for a minimum of 6 months.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro thesis is a scientific report that aggregates trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro main research results of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro student, meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following requirements:

a) Contributes to theoretical, academic, or technological development and innovation; demonstrates trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro student's research capability;

b) Conforms to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro cultural, ethical norms, and customs of Vietnamese people;

c) Adheres to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution's regulations on academic integrity and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro current legal regulations on intellectual property.

What are regulations on disciplinary actions for students in Vietnamfor improper citations in their Master's Theses?

According to Article 16 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Regulation on Master’s Degree Admission and Training issued together withCircular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT:

Handling Violations by Students

1. Students committing fraud in exams, tests, and assessments will be disciplined for each breached course.

2. Students taking or asking others to take exams on their behalf will be suspended for 1 year for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first violation and expelled for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro second violation.

3. Students committing any of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following violations will be expelled; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroBằng xem bóng đá trựcif awarded will be revoked and annulled according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training's regulations:

a) Committing fraud in admission, studies, thesis or project defense, or falsifying documents to obtain diplomas or certificates;

b) Using results of others or improperly citing in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro thesis or project and being concluded by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro assessment council that if those parts used, cited improperly are removed, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro thesis or project does not meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro requirements;

c) Asking or hiring others to do trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro thesis or project on their behalf.
