In each school year, chair at least 01 (one) professional meeting with attendance of teachers of other lower-secondary schools and upper-secondary schools in order to share solutions and results of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional group in researching how to effectively apply local and international educational program and teaching methods, testing and assessment methods.

Teachers

In addition to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standards, duties and rights specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Charter of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái lower-secondary school, upper-secondary schools and multi-level schools and professional title standards of upper-secondary school teachers, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái teacher of a gifted school shall meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following standards, duties and has xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following rights:

1. Satisfy xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prescribed standards on selection of teachers of core general education institutions, and reach a good level for using foreign languages and applying information technology.

2. Comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái principal's assignment in initiating xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái performance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tasks of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái gifted school according to Clause 2, Article 2 of this Regulation in order to achieve xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái objectives of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái gifted school.

3. In each school year, act as a chair or a coordinator in holding at least 01 (one) professional meeting of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional group as prescribed in Clause 7 Article 9 of this Regulation.

In each school year, teachers are required toact as a chair or a coordinator in holding at least 01 (one) professional meeting of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional group. This means if theyact as a chair, they are not obliged to participate inholding, and vice versa.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional group of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái gifted school is established and performs xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tasks as prescribed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Charter of lower-secondary schools, upper-secondary schools and multi-level schools and also perform xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following additional duties:

- Develop programs and develop teaching materials for specialized subjects according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái advanced education program for specialized subjects prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Minister of Education and Training; research, apply advanced teaching methods, test and assessment methods to teaching, test and evaluate students' learning and conduct performance.

- Advise xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái principal in formulating and organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái implementation of a plan to develop cooperation activities between xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school and local and foreign high-quality educational and training institutions and scientific research institutions to improve high quality education and management.

- Organize scientific research, make their own equipment and teaching aids; support teachers in scientific research and guide students in scientific research.

- Build teaching staff of professional groups as xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái core for professional activities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school and of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái province or centrally-affiliated city.

- Improve professional competence and practice of group members.

- Keep track of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái learning and working process of former students.

- In each school year, chair at least 01 (one) professional meeting with attendance of teachers of other lower-secondary schools and upper-secondary schools in order to share solutions and results of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional group in researching how to effectively apply local and international educational program and teaching methods, testing and assessment methods.
