- Set of qualityassessmentstandards of undergraduate programs;

According toThông tư 04/2025/TT-BGDĐT, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro set of quality assessment standards for undergraduate programs comprises 08 standards as follows:

- Standard 1: Objectives and expected outcomes of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro undergraduate program.

- Standard 3: Teaching and learning activities.

- Standard 4: Assessment of learning outcomes.

- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro proposal of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education quality accreditation council, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro director of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education quality accreditation organization issues a decision to recognize trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro undergraduate program as accredited or conditionally accredited and issues a certificate of accreditation for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro program as accredited or conditionally accredited.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro certificate must clearly state trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro number of standards met; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro number of criteria, conditional criteria met, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro percentage of criteria, conditional criteria met.

Pursuant to Article 35 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT(effective April 4, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro revocation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality accreditation certificate ofundergraduate programs is regulated as follows:

(1)Cases of revocation

trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality accreditation certificate ofundergraduate programs with validity will be revoked if it violates one of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following cases:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro accreditation result recognition and issuance of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality accreditation certificate of undergraduate programs when trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro program does not meet sufficient conditions as prescribed in Article 34 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro undergraduate program in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro assessment phase does not meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro condition maintenance requirements of quality assurance according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro conclusions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent authority.

(2)For undergraduate programs that have been accredited and have signs of violation as specified in Clause 1, Article 35 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training decides to establish trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Quality Accreditation Assessment Council for undergraduate programs or an Inspection Team for maintaining trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality assurance eligibility of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro undergraduate program;

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council and organization of quality accreditation review is conducted as follows:

+ trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training decides to establish trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Quality Accreditation Assessment Council for undergraduate programs. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council comprises 05 or 07 members, with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council Chair being trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro leader of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Quality Management Department; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Secretary Member is an official of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Quality Management Department; other members are representatives of relevant units under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training (if needed), along with experts being experienced and reputable assessors;

+ trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro task of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council: reviewing assessment documents, dossiers of quality assessment results, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro recognition and certification of meeting education quality standards of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro accreditation organization.

+ trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council votes to pass under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro form of dossier study and review meetings. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro assessment results are only passed in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro meeting when more than 50% of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council members agree, including trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro mandatory vote from a Council member who is an expert, unified in one of two directions: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro assessment results show no signs of violation as provided in Clause 1, Article 35 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDTor trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro accreditation quality assessment results showing violations under cases specified at points a, b Clause 1, Article 35 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT.

+ If trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro accreditation quality assessment results in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro dossier do not meet requirements, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training organizes a meeting between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Assessment Council's representatives, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education quality accreditation organization, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro external assessment team representatives. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro meeting dialogue results are recorded into minutes and serve as a basis for conclusion. If trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro meeting does not reach a consensus on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro accreditation quality assessment results, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Assessment Council will document with related documents, reports, and proposals (via trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Quality Management Department) for leadership of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training to decide.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education quality accreditation organizations and educational institutions are responsible for providing related documents and facilitating trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Inspection Team to perform trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro maintenance of quality assurance eligibility of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro undergraduate program, as well as for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Assessment Council for conducting its tasks.

(3)Procedure for revocation of quality accreditation certificate of undergraduate programs:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training sends a request to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Director of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education quality accreditation organization to revoke trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality accreditation certificate of undergraduate programswith related documents;

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Director of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education quality accreditation organization is responsible for reviewing, based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions in Clause 1, Article 35 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDTand issuing a decision to revoke trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality accreditation certificate of undergraduate programs of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution within 15 working days from receiving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro document from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training.

(4)trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision to revoke trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality accreditation certificate of undergraduate programs of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution is announced on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro website of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education quality accreditation organization, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro electronic portal of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training, and updated into trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro higher education quality assurance and accreditation management software.
