Do university students who have someone else take exams for them face expulsion in Vietnam?
Based on Article 20 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulations on Training at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái University Level issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDTregarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái handling of violations by students, it is stipulated as follows:
Trường đại bóng đá hômby students
1. Students caught cheating in exams, tests, or evaluations of academic performance will be disciplined for each module they violated according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái current regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái High School Graduation Exam Regulations issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Education and Training, except for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cases specified in Clause 2 of this Article.
2. Students who take exams for others or ask others to take exams for them will be disciplined with a one-year suspension for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái first violation and expulsion for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái second violation.
3. Learners who use forged documents, diplomas, or certificates as conditions for admission or graduation will be expelled; if a graduation diploma has been issued, it will be revoked and nullified.
Under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái above regulations, university students who ask others to take exams for them (exam surrogacy) will only be disciplined with a one-year suspension. If they repeat xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái offense a second time, they will be expelled.

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái number of academic warnings or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái level of academic warnings exceeds xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái limits prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational institution;
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study duration exceeds xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prescribed limit.
- In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case of handling academic results under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái yearly system, according to Article 12 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulations on Training at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái University Level issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, students are expelled in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following cases:
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái annual average score is below 0.8;
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cumulative average score is below 1.2 after 2 years of study, below 1.4 after 3 years of study, and below 1.6 after 4 years of study onward;
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study duration exceeds xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prescribed limit.
Thus, it can be seen that whether a student is expelled depends on whether their university evaluates academic results based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái credit system or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái yearly system, which determines xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái different cases of expulsion.
Note: This regulation applies to students training under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái credit system!
How is xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study duration at universities in Vietnam regulated?
Based on Article 2 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulations on Training at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái University Level issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái content is regulated as follows:
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training programis built on a credit basis, structured from courses or modules (hereinafter referred to as modules), which must include all mandatory modules and meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program standards as per xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái current regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Education and Training.
In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case of dual-degree training or major-minor training, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program must clearly present xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái shared and separate workload for each field of study.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái content and output standards of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program apply uniformly across different forms, methods of training organization, and different learners.
For those who have graduated from different levels or fields, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái actual study workload is determined based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recognition or conversion of accumulated credits and exemption from modules in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái previous training program.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program must be publicly available to learners before enrollment and at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái beginning of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái course; changes and adjustments related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program are implemented according to current regulations and announced before application, not adversely affecting students.
- For each form of training, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program should provide a standardized plan for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái entire course to guide students.
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standardized plan duration for full-time training must comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái time prescribed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái National Education System Framework and ensure that most students complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program;
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standardized plan duration for part-time training must be at least 20% longer than xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái corresponding full-time training program duration.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái maximum time for students to complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái course is stipulated in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training institution's regulations but must not exceed twice xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standardized plan duration for each form of training.
For interlinked students who have been exempted from accumulated credits, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái maximum time to complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái course is based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standardized plan duration reduced accordingly with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exempted workload.
