1. Dossier:
a) Application xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tuition exemption or reduction, and support xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study costs, and tuition fee payment support:
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái subjects eligible xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tuition exemption or reduction in preschool, general education, and continuing education: Application form according to Appendix II; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái primary school students in private schools eligible xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tuition fee support: Application form according to Appendix VI;
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái subjects eligible xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study cost support in preschool, general education, and continuing education: Application form according to Appendix III;

Particularly, learners from poor or near-poor households must submit an additional poverty or near-poverty certificate at the beginning of each semester xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the subsequent tuition exemption or reduction and study cost support assessment.
dd) In cases where students have a citizen identification card and a personal identification number, and residential registration information can be extracted from the connection and data sharing on the population database with educational institutions, Education and Training Boards, Departments of Education and Training, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Boards, Financial Boards, Financial Departments, then parents or guardians of children and students do not need to submit the "Birth Certificate" and "Permanent Household Registration Book".

Within 45 working days from the start date of the academic year, parents or guardians of preschool children, general education students, learners at continuing education institutions; students, learners at vocational education, and higher education institutions eligible xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tuition exemption or reduction, support xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tuition fees payment, study costs submit the Application (according to Appendix II; Appendix III; Appendix IV; Appendix V; Appendix VI, Appendix VII of this Decree) and authenticated copy or copy accompanied by the original xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái comparison or copy from the original of one of the documents stipulated in clause 1 of this Article to prove eligibility xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tuition exemption, reduction, and study cost support to the education institution in person, by post, or via an electronic transaction system.
