On December 30, 2024, đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT Tải vềpromulgating đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on enrollment for lower and upper secondary education.
Direct admission and priority admission for enrollment for upper secondary education under Circular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT, are detailed in Article 14 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on enrollment for lower and upper secondary education issued alongside Circular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT Tải vềas follows:
* Regarding direct admission to upper secondary education for đá bóng trực tiếp following groups:
- Students from boarding ethnic secondary schools at đá bóng trực tiếp lower secondary level.
- Students from very small ethnic minority groups.
- Students with disabilities.
- Lower secondary school students who receive national prizes organized by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training or in cooperation with ministries and ministerial-level agencies for national-level exams and competitions, examinations, and festivals (collectively referred to as competitions) in culture, arts, andsports; science, and technology research competitions.
- Lowersecondary school students who win prizes in international competitions selected by đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training.
* Personseligible for priority points
Priority points are added to đá bóng trực tiếp total admission score calculated on a 10-point scale for each subject. Group 1: additional 2.0 points; Group 2: additional 1.5 points; Group 3: additional 1.0 point.
(1) Group 1:
- Children of martyrs;
- Children of war invalids with a labor capacity reduction of 81% or more;
- Children of persons with disabilities with a labor capacity reduction of 81% or more;
- Children of individuals awarded with đá bóng trực tiếp "Certificate of Policy Beneficiary as War Invalids" with a labor capacity reduction of 81% or more;
- Children of those who participated in đá bóng trực tiếp resistance activities affected by toxic chemicals;
- Children of revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945;
- Children of revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945, to đá bóng trực tiếp August Revolution in 1945.
(2) Group 2:
- Children of Heroes of đá bóng trực tiếp Armed Forces, children of Labor Heroes, children of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers;
- Children of war invalids with a labor capacity reduction of less than 81%;
- Children of persons with disabilities with a labor capacity reduction of less than 81%;
- Children of individuals awarded with đá bóng trực tiếp "Certificate of Policy Beneficiary as War Invalids" with a labor capacity reduction of less than 81%.
(3) Group 3:
- Individuals with either parent from an ethnic minority group;
- Ethnic minorities;
- Students from particularly disadvantaged areas.

- Annually, đá bóng trực tiếp enrollment for upper secondary education is organized once.
- đá bóng trực tiếp enrollment for upper secondary educationis conducted using 01 (one) of đá bóng trực tiếp 03 (three) methods: admission, entrance exam, and combination of entrance exam and admission.
