According to Article 7 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP, amended and supplemented by Clause 5, Article 1 ofDecree 124/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements for education programs, facilities, and teaching staff in theforeign educational partnership in Vietnam are specifiedas follows:

- Education programs.

+ A foreign education program which is introduced in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 integrated program shall be accredited by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 home country or by an educational competent agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 aforesaid country.

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 integrated educational program must ensure alignment with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 objectives of Vietnam’s educational program and meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 quality assurance requirements of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 foreign education program; it must not require students to repeat xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 same content, ensure stability throughout xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 education level, and allow for transitions between education levels in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 best interest of students, ensuring voluntary participation without causing excessive workload for students;

+ An integrated education program shall be approved by a competent agency. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Education and Training provides specific provisions for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 integration between Vietnamese education programs and foreign education programs.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 size of class and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 facilities shall satisfy xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 integrated program and shall not affect xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 teaching activities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnamese educational institution during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 cooperation process.

- Teaching staff

+A Vietnamese teacher assigned to teach an integrated education program shall satisfy xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 training requirements according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations of Vietnam’s laws.

+ A foreign teacher assigned to teach an integrated program shall have a bachelor’s degree corresponding to his/her teaching majors and shall also have a teacher certificate or equivalent.

+ A teacher assigned to teach an integrated education program in a foreign language shall satisfy xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 language proficiency requirements of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 program; and his/her ability shall not be below level 5 according to Vietnam's language proficiency framework or equivalent.

Additionally, Article 4 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CPamended and supplemented by Clause 2, Article 1 ofDecree 124/2024/ND-CPalso regulates xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 quality assurance and accreditation:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 joint education and training between Vietnam and foreign countries and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 operation of foreign-invested educational institutions in Vietnam shall comply with Vietnam’s current regulations on quality assurance.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 educational institutions that are engaged in joint education and training with foreign partners and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 foreign-invested educational institutions in Vietnam shall carry out accreditation in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 current regulations of Vietnam.

- Branches of foreign higher education institutions in Vietnam must comply with regulations and meet quality assurance and accreditation requirements set by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 accrediting body of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 foreign higher education institution that established xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 branch

What education sectors are permitted for investmentbyorganizations and individuals in Vietnam?

According to Article 3 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP, foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to invest in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following education sectors:

- Foreign organizations and individuals, and international organizations (hereinafter referred to as foreign entities) are permitted to cooperate and invest in education according to Vietnam’s laws and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 International Agreements to which Vietnam is a signatory.

- Foreign entities are permitted to cooperate and invest in training disciplines according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 current regulations except in national security and defense, politics and religions.

What are xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 assessment of students’ performance; examination, graduation, and issuance of qualificationsin xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 foreign educational partnership in Vietnam?

According to Article 8 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations are as follows:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 assessment of students’ performance; examination, certification of completion in education program, and certification of graduation shall be carried out in accordance with Vietnam's laws and with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 laws of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 home country providing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 education program.

- A learner who completes a high school integrated program shall be issued with both Vietnamese and foreign diplomas.
