1. Within 20 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision on approving xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative office takes effect, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational institution that requested xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái approval shall complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái operation registration at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái area where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative office is located.

2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application documents of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative office shall include:

- An application form for approval for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative office, using form No.20 in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Appendix ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP.

- A certified true copy or a copy enclosed with an original of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision on approving xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative office, and copies of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application documents already submitted to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Education and Training to request for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái aforesaid decision.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision on appointing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái manager for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative office and his/ her resume.

3. Within 10 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application documents of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative office are received, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Department of Education and Training shall consider issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái registration certificate using form No.21 in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Appendix ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP, and shall publicly post xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision on its website. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái director does not issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái registration certificate, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving agency shall provide explanation in writing.

4.If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái documents are deemed incomplete according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulations in clause 2 of this Article, within 05 working days, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving agency shall send a written notification in person or by post or via email to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái foreign educational institution.
