Procedures for establishing a pre-university school
1. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Minister of Education and Training decides on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay establishment of a pre-university school.
2. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay application includes:
a) An application formfor trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay establishment of a pre-university school from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay competent management authority (According to Form No. 01 Appendix I attached to this Decree);
b) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay establishment scheme (According to Form No. 02 Appendix I attached to this Decree);
c) A document of land allocation approval from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provincial People's Committee where trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay school's headquarters are located (clearly specifying trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay address, area, and boundary markers of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay land).
3. Implementation process:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay agency proposing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay school submits 01 application as prescribed in Clause 2 of this Article through trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay online public service portal, by post, or directly to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training;

c) Within 20 days from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay appraisal report, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Minister of Education and Training decides to establish trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay pre-university school.

When does a pre-university school in Vietnam have its operations suspended?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 67 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, a pre-university school in Vietnam has itsoperationssuspended in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following cases:
- Committing fraud to be allowed educational activities;
- Being not authorized to allow educational activities;
- Failing to implement educational activities within 1 year from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date of being permitted educational activities;
- Violating legal regulations on education subject to administrative penalties leading to suspension of educational activities;
- Other violations as prescribed by law.
Note:Decree 125/2024/ND-CPis effective from November 20, 2024.
