Internal inspections within educational institutions outlined inCircular 28/2024/TT-BGDDTare applicable to preschools, kindergartens; general education institutions; continuing education centers, vocational - continuing education centers; boarding ethnic secondary schools, semi-boarding ethnic secondary schools, pre-university schools, pedagogical colleges, and higher education institutions under đá bóng trực tiếp state management of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training; related organizations and individuals.
Furthermore, under Article 2 ofCircular 28/2024/TT-BGDDT, specialized inspectionand internal inspection activitiesmust ensure đá bóng trực tiếp following principles:
- Complyingwith legal regulations, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, truthfulness, transparency, democracy, and promptness.
- Failing tooverlap in scope, subjects, content, or inspection time between agencies performing inspection functions; not hindering đá bóng trực tiếp regular activities of agencies, organizations, and individuals being inspected.

What is đá bóng trực tiếp content of specialized inspections for đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training in Vietnam?
According to Article 4 ofCircular 28/2024/TT-BGDDTđá bóng trực tiếp content of specialized inspections for đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training in Vietnam is stipulated as follows:
(1) Advising đá bóng trực tiếp Provincial People's Committee to submit to đá bóng trực tiếp People's Council:
- Decisions, plans, programs, projects, policies on education development, student streamlining, and career guidance in đá bóng trực tiếp locality in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp educational development strategy and local socio-economic development plans;
- Decisions on đá bóng trực tiếp annual tuition fees for public educational institutions under đá bóng trực tiếp state management of đá bóng trực tiếp province according to legal regulations;
- Decisions on đá bóng trực tiếp official staffing of đá bóng trực tiếp educational management agency in đá bóng trực tiếp province according to legal regulations;
- Approval of đá bóng trực tiếp total number of staff positions for public educational institutions under đá bóng trực tiếp management of đá bóng trực tiếp province according to legal regulations.
(2) Submitting to đá bóng trực tiếp Provincial People's Committee to promulgate:
- Legislativedocuments on education within authority;
- Guidelines, organizing đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of legislativedocuments on education; integrating plans for đá bóng trực tiếp network of educational and training institutions into đá bóng trực tiếp provincial planning according to đá bóng trực tiếp Planning Law and relevant regulations;
- Education development plans in đá bóng trực tiếp area; plans, programs, and projects for đá bóng trực tiếp development of high school education in đá bóng trực tiếp area; plans for implementing đá bóng trực tiếp Scheme to innovate đá bóng trực tiếp general education program and textbooks assigned within đá bóng trực tiếp province; approval of establishment, permission for establishment; mergers, separations, dissolution of educational institutions as delegated within đá bóng trực tiếp area;
- Approval of đá bóng trực tiếp Scheme to arrange and reorganize public educational institutions managed in line with local realities; approval of đá bóng trực tiếp plan to establish, reorganize, and dissolve professional departments, departments under đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training according to regulations.
(3)Cooperating with đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Home Affairs to aggregate đá bóng trực tiếp annual number of staff positions for public educational institutions in đá bóng trực tiếp plan on staffing of public service providers of đá bóng trực tiếp province to submit to competent authorities for approval.
(4)Taking charge of and cooperating with relevant units to appraise conditions for establishment or permission for establishment of educational institutions as delegated; suspending operations for educational institutions under management; recruitment or delegated recruitment, use, training, and fostering educators, educational management staff, and employees in educational institutions under management.
(5)Taking charge of and cooperating with relevant agencies to perform đá bóng trực tiếp state management function over education of đá bóng trực tiếp Provincial People's Committee for higher education institutions; pedagogical colleges, provincial-level continuing education centers as delegated by đá bóng trực tiếp Government of Vietnam.
(6)Providing professional guidance for đá bóng trực tiếp Division of Education and Training and personnel in charge of education under đá bóng trực tiếp Commune People's Committee.
(7)Managing teaching and educational activities inside and outside schools; directing đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of activities on moral education, lifestyle, and school safety; organizing đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp plan to deploy đá bóng trực tiếp Scheme to innovate đá bóng trực tiếp general education program and textbooks; implementing and directing đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of educational communication activities in đá bóng trực tiếp area.
(8)Regularly updating information on đá bóng trực tiếp team of teachers and educational management staff under management into đá bóng trực tiếp education sector database. Fully and promptly reporting annual and extraordinary statistics, and disclosures on đá bóng trực tiếp local education sector under management to đá bóng trực tiếp Provincial People's Committee and đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training as prescribed.
(9)Conducting inspections, and audits; resolving complaints, denunciations, proposals, and feedback; handling violations in đá bóng trực tiếp education sector according to legal regulations.
(10)Performing other duties as prescribed by law.

According toCircular 28/2024/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp content of specialized inspections regardingexaminations and enrollment for lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, schools with multiple levels including lower and upper secondary education, continuing education centers, pedagogical colleges, and higher education institutions is stipulated as follows:
(1) Content of specialized inspections on examinations includes:
- Organization and management of đá bóng trực tiếp exam session;
- Registration for exams and preparation for organizing exams;
- Printing, transportation, and retention ofquestion papers and test papers;
- Invigilation;
- Grading;
- Graduation recognition;
- Performance ofother duties as prescribed by law.
(2) Content of specialized inspections onenrollmentincludes:
- Enrollmenttargets;
- Development and publication of đá bóng trực tiếp enrollmentplan;
- Conditions ensuring đá bóng trực tiếp admissions process;
- Implementation of admission regulations;
- Inspection of schooladmissionand checking ofthe records of successful candidates;
- Performance ofother duties as prescribed by law.
