Based on Article 12Circular 22/2021/TT-BGDDT,regulations about promotion, reassessment during summer vacation, and non-promotion are as follows:
Promotion, reassessment during summer vacation, and non-promotion
1. Students meeting all the following conditions shall be promoted or recognized as having completed the lower secondary education program, the upper secondary education program:

- In cases where students need to train during the summer vacation, it shall be handled according to the stipulations in Article 13 xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 this Circular; in cases where students need to reassess subjects during the summer vacation, it shall be handled according to the stipulations in Article 14 xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 this Circular.
- Students who do not meet the requirements stipulated in Clause 1 xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 this Article shall not be promoted or recognized as having completed the lower secondary education program, the upper secondary education program.
- For students with disabilities: The principal shall rely on the evaluation results xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 students with disabilities as stipulated in Article 11 xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 this Circular to decide on promotion or recognition xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 completion xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the lower secondary education program, the upper secondary education program for students with disabilities.
