What are the regulations on enrollment forregional parent universities in Vietnam?

Under Article 3 of the organizational trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operational regulation of regional parent universities trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay constituent higher education institutions thereof issued underCircular 10/2020/TT-BGDDTon enrollment:

- Each regional parent university may self-decide its enrollment method(s) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay shall take responsibility for its own enrollment process while acting as the body in charge of the enrollment process of all of its member units trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay affiliates.

-Formulate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay promulgate regulations on management of their international cooperation activities in accordance with regulations of laws; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provide guidelines on implementation of regulations on international cooperation for their member units.

- Fulfill the duties trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exercise the powers concerning international cooperation in compliance with regulations of law trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of their respective regional parent universities; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay report their international cooperation activities to their respective regional parent universities as regulated.

What are the regulations on organization trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management of scientific trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technological activities in regional parent universitiesin Vietnam?

Under Article 18 of the the organizational trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operational regulation of regional parent universities trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay constituent higher education institutions thereof issued underCircular 10/2020/TT-BGDDT, the organization trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management of scientific trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technological activities in regional parent universities are as follows:

-Each regional parent university shall promulgate regulations on its innovation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scientific trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technological activities in consistence with existing regulations; inspect, evaluate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay summarize implementation of its innovation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay science - technology development plans, including implementation of its member units’ plans.

-Regional parent universities shall organize trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay manage ministerial-level scientific trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technological tasks of the Ministry of Education trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training assigned by the Minister of Education trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training. Regional parent universities shall assign their members to organize trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay manage scientific trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technological tasks at regional parent university trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay grassroots levels as per regulations of each regional parent university. A scientific trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technological task at regional parent university level may be recognized as of ministerial level when it satisfies all requirements of the corresponding ministerial-level scientific trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technological task.

-Take charge in transfer of technologies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scientific research results according to regulations of the Law on Technology Transfer; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identify the intellectual property rights of relevant parties as per the Law on Intellectual Property.

- Regional parent universities shall develop information systems, libraries trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay databases for science trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology towards smart parent universities, innovation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entrepreneurship; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay manage trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provide science trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology information sources. Science trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology databases of regional parent universities shall have different levels of access trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay be connected with the national science trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology database trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used in accordance with existing regulations.
