School Council of a college
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp quantity and structure of council members of a pedagogical college are stipulated as follows:
a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of council members must be odd, with a minimum of 15 members, including members within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college and external members;
b) Internal members include ex officio members and members elected through kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp representatives' conference of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp pedagogical college.
- Ex officio members include: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Communist Party secretary of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp principal, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vice-principals, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp president of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Trade Union, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp secretary of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college;
- Members elected through kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp representatives' conference of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college include representatives of lecturers (making up at least 25% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp total members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp School Council of a college) and representatives of public employees and workers of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college.
c) External members comprise at least 20% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp total members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp School Council of a college, including:
- Representatives of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp direct managing agency;
- Several external members (who are not lecturers or core management staff of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college) must be individuals active in education, science, technology, production, business sectors related to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp function, duties of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college and must not be directly related (parent, spouse, child, sibling) to other council members, including: representatives from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp local Department of Education and Training, leaders, managers, educators, cultural figures, scientists, entrepreneurs, alumni, and representatives of employers introduced by departments or equivalent units of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp college and elected through kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp representatives' conference of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp pedagogical college.
