Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 6 ofDecree 13/2014/ND-CP:

Standard qualifications for teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education; time frame vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay roadmap for completion

1. Teachers must meet one of the following standard qualifications:

a) Have a bachelor's degree in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education;

b) Have a bachelor's degree in another field vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a certificate of training for teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education;

c) Have a secondary degree in the field of training teachers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education.

2. Lecturers must meet one of the following standard qualifications:

a) Have a bachelor's degree in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education or higher;

b) Military or police officers with a bachelor's degree or higher;

c) Have a bachelor's degree or higher in another field vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a certificate of training for teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a certificate of pedagogical professional training.

3. Time frame vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay roadmap for completion

The Ministry of Education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay relevant agencies vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizations, shall develop vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay adjust the project for training teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education to ensure:

a) By the end of 2016, over 70% of teachers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education are trained to meet the standard qualifications; by the end of 2020, this figure should be over 90%;

b) By the end of 2016, over 50% of lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education are trained to meet the standard qualifications; by the end of 2020, this figure should be over 70%.

Thus, according to the regulations, lecturers must meet one of the following standard qualifications:

- Have a bachelor's degree in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education or higher;

- Military or police officers with a bachelor's degree or higher;

- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in another field vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a certificate of training for teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a certificate of pedagogical professional training.

This means it is not mandatory for lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education to have a bachelor's degree in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education.

Conditions for higher education institutions vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay schools of the armed forces to train teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education

Higher education institutions vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay schools of the armed forces meeting the following conditions shall be considered by the Ministry of Education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training to open training programs for teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education:

1. Have a team of permanent lecturers accounting for at least 70% of the training program's total teaching volume, including at least one lecturer with a doctorate vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay three lecturers with a master's degree in the registered field.

2. Have a training program for teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education issued by the Ministry of Education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training.

3. Have appropriate infrastructure, including campuses, lecture halls, training grounds, practice areas, specialized classrooms, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay adequate facilities for teaching, studying, training, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay communal activities according to the military lifestyle for students.

4. Have a library, information search room, software, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay equipment for borrowing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay searching documents; sufficient sources of information vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay materials: books, textbooks, course materials for different modules/subjects, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay relevant documents, domestic vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign journals to meet the requirements of training teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education.

5. Have a specialized management unit to meet professional requirements for managing the activities of training university-level teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education.

Hence, in accordance with the above regulations, it is required to have a team of permanent lecturers who undertake at least 70% of the training program's total teaching volume, including at least one lecturer with a doctorate vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay three lecturers with a master's degree in the registered field.

- Formal training in the field of national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education, with a concentration of 4 years for those who have graduated from high school;

- Secondary degree training, with a concentration of 2 years for those who have graduated with a bachelor's degree in another field;

- Secondary degree training, with a concentration of 18 months for teachers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lecturers currently teaching at high schools, vocational education institutions, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institutions who have a certificate of training in national defense vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security education with a training duration of no less than 6 months.
