What are purposes of advanced professional training for teachers in Vietnam?

According to the provisions of Article 3 of the Regular Training Regulation for teachers, managers of preschools, primary schools, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers of continuous education centers (the Regulation) issued withCircular 19/2019/TT-BGDDT(amended by Clause 2, Article 1Circular 17/2022/TT-BGDDT), teachers need to receive advanced professional training for the following purposes:

- To equip knowledge kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp skills required for the job positions of teachers kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers;

- To serve as a basis for managing, directing, organizing training, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp self-training to enhance the professional qualifications kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp expertise of teachers kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers;

- To improve the responsiveness of teachers kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers based on job position requirements;

- To meet the development needs of preschool education, general education, continuous education, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp professional standards;

- To develop self-study abilities, self-training, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp self-evaluation of regular training for teachers kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers; the ability to organize kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp manage regular training activities for teachers kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers of preschools, primary schools, continuous education centers, educational departments, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational services.

Which institutions in Vietnam are authorized to conduct regular advanced professional training for teachers?

Article 10 of the Regulation issued withCircular 17/2022/TT-BGDDTstipulates:

Educational institutions conducting regular training tasks

  1. Educational institutions authorized to conduct regular training tasks include:

a) Educational institutions providing teacher training: Teacher training colleges, educational institutions with faculties of education, educational institutions authorized to train kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provide teacher training;

b) Educational institutions providing manager training: Teacher training colleges, universities with faculties of educational management, educational institutions authorized to train kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provide educational manager training.

  1. Educational institutions authorized to conduct regular training tasks must meet the following requirements:

a) Be an educational institution as stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article;

b) Ensure competence in creating training materials as stipulated in Article 7 of this Regulation;

c) Ensure that the team of presenters meets the standards according to Article 9 of this Regulation;

d) Have the necessary physical facilities, technical equipment, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp practical facilities to meet the training tasks, including an integrated information system to periodically collect kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp process data about presenters, teachers, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers; have a feedback recording kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp processing system from stakeholders about advancements in training to improve the quality of teacher kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp manager training; maintain hardware kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp software technology systems regularly kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp ensure they are always ready for effective use by presenters, teachers, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers.

  1. Educational institutions conducting regular training tasks either by assignment or contract.

Thus, the institutions for advanced professional teacher training include:

- Ngành sư lịch trực tiếp bóng;

- Educational institutions with faculties of education;

- Educational institutions authorized to train kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provide teacher training;

Additionally, the institutions for advanced professional teacher training must meet the following conditions:

- Ensure competence in creating training materials as stipulated;

- Ensure the team of presenters meets the prescribed standards;

- Have physical facilities, technical equipment, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp practical facilities to meet the training needs, including an integrated information system to periodically collect kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp process data about presenters, teachers, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers;

- Have a feedback recording kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp processing system from stakeholders about advancements in training to improve the quality of teacher kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp manager training;

- Maintain hardware kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp software technology systems regularly kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp ensure they are always ready for effective use by presenters, teachers, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managers.
