Under the provisions in Article 34 of the Regulations issued underCircular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, the duties trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rights of secondary school students in Vietnam are clearly outlined as follows:
Duties of Students
1. Learn trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay train according to curricula trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay education plans of their schools.
2. Respect their parents, officials, teachers trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay staff of their schools, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay those older than them; maintain solidarity trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay mutual support in learning trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training; conform to the charter trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rules of their schools; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay abide by the law.
3. Take exercises trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay maintain personal hygiene.
4. Participate in group activities of their schools trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay classes, Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; help their families, join physical trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay social activities trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay environmental protection activities, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay maintain traffic order trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay safety.
5. Protect school trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay public property; contribute to fostering, preservation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay enhancement of school traditions.
Rights of Students
1. Receive comprehensive education with fairness, be provided with time, facilities, hygiene trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay safety to learn in class trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay self-learn at home, be informed of their education trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay be able to use learning, cultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sport equipment of their schools as per the law.
2. Receive respect, protection trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay fair trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay democratic treatment, complain to their schools trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay education authorities about decisions concerning themselves; transfer school with legitimate reason as per existing regulations; enter school before the compulsory starting age, skip a grade trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay study at an age higher than the compulsory attendance age according to regulations in Article 33 of this charter.
3. Participate in activities for development of their gifts in academic subjects, sports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay art organized by their schools if able to.
4. Students eligible for social benefits, disadvantaged students trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay gifted students may receive sponsorship or other benefits as per the law.
5. Transfer school if eligible according to regulations following school transfer procedures stipulated by the Minister of Education trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Training.
6. Enjoy other rights as per the law.
What is the number of half-days of leave taken by secondary school students subject to grade retention in Vietnam?
According to Article 12Circular 22/2021/TT-BGDDT:
Article 34. Duties of students
1. Learn trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay train according to curricula trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay education plans of their schools.
2. Respect their parents, officials, teachers trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay staff of their schools, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay those older than them; maintain solidarity trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay mutual support in learning trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training; conform to the charter trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rules of their schools; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay abide by the law.

4. Article 35. Rights of students
Grade advancement, re-assessment during summer break, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay grade retention
1.A student who meets following eligibility may advance to the next grade or be recognized as to have completed lower education program or upper education program:
a) Training results of the entire school year (including re-assessment results after training during summer break according to Article 13 hereof) are Qualified or higher.
b) Learning results of the entire school year (including re-assessment results of all subjects according to Article 14 hereof) is Qualified or higher.
c) Number of days leave does not exceed 45 half-days (calculated according to education plans which is 1 half-day for every day under formal education plan, including permitted leave, unpermitted leave, continuous leave, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay intermittent leave).
2.In case a student must undergo training during summer break, comply with Article 13 hereof; students must attend re-examination or re-assessment of subjects during summer break as per Article 14 hereof.
3.A student who does not meet all eligibility under Clause 1 of this Article are not allowed to advance to the next grade or recognized as to have completed lower secondary education level or upper secondary education level.
4.For students with disabilities: Principals shall rely on assessment results of students with disabilities as per Article 11 hereof to consider grade advancement or recognition of completion of lower secondary education level or upper secondary education level.
According to the above regulations, ifthe number of days leave does not exceed 45 half-days (calculated according to education plans which is 1 half-day for every day under formal education plan, including permitted leave, unpermitted leave, continuous leave, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay intermittent leave), students are eligible for grade advancement.
If the number of days leave of secondary school students exceeds 45 half-days in one academic year (calculated according to education plans which is 1 half-day for every day under formal education plan, including permitted leave, unpermitted leave, continuous leave, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay intermittent leave), they may be subject to grade retention.
