What is đá bóng trực tiếp preferential allowance rate for teachers working in particularly difficult economic areas?

According to Article 11 ofDecree 76/2019/ND-CPof Vietnam's Government, đá bóng trực tiếp occupational preferential allowance is specified as follows:

Occupational preferential allowance

đá bóng trực tiếp occupational preferential allowance is 70% of đá bóng trực tiếp current salary (according to đá bóng trực tiếp wage scale prescribed by competent authorities of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party and đá bóng trực tiếp State) plus đá bóng trực tiếp position allowance, seniority allowance (if any) applied to đá bóng trực tiếp actual working time in particularly difficult socio-economic areas of đá bóng trực tiếp subjects specified in Article 2 of this Decree, including:

1. Cadres, public employees, and workers who are teachers, education management public employees in educational institutions, vocational education institutions;

2. Cadres, public employees, and workers directly doing specialized health work in state health facilities including: commune-level health stations; agency health stations, school health stations; regional polyclinics; maternity homes, health centers, hospitals, and other health facilities from đá bóng trực tiếp commune level upwards;

3. Officers, professional military personnel, defense public employees, military medical staff directly doing specialized health work at military-civil health stations.

Thus, teachers working in particularly difficult socio-economic areas are entitled to an occupational preferential allowance of 70% of đá bóng trực tiếp current salary (according to đá bóng trực tiếp wage scale prescribed by đá bóng trực tiếp competent authorities of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party and đá bóng trực tiếp State) plus đá bóng trực tiếp position allowance, seniority allowance (if any) applied to đá bóng trực tiếp actual working time in particularly difficult socio-economic areas.

Actual working time in particularly difficult socio-economic areas used as đá bóng trực tiếp basis for calculating allowances and subsidies policies

1. đá bóng trực tiếp actual working time in particularly difficult socio-economic areas is đá bóng trực tiếp total working time with compulsory social insurance contributions in particularly difficult socio-economic areas (if there is a break in time without receiving social insurance benefits, it will be accumulated), including:

a) Working time in agencies, organizations, public service providers of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party, đá bóng trực tiếp State, socio-political organizations;

b) Working time in đá bóng trực tiếp People's Army, đá bóng trực tiếp People's Public Security, and đá bóng trực tiếp cipher work.

What is đá bóng trực tiếp source of funds for paying đá bóng trực tiếp occupational preferential allowance?

According toArticle 15 ofDecree 76/2019/ND-CPstipulated as follows:

Funding sources and payment responsibilities

1. Funding sources:

a) For cadres and workers in agencies, organizations of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party, đá bóng trực tiếp State, socio-political organizations, and salaried individuals in đá bóng trực tiếp armed forces, đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp policy prescribed in this Decree is ensured from đá bóng trực tiếp state budget according to đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of đá bóng trực tiếp State Budget Law and guiding documents;

b) For cadres and public employees, and workers in public service providers of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party, đá bóng trực tiếp State, socio-political organizations, đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp policy prescribed in this Decree is ensured from đá bóng trực tiếp state budget and from đá bóng trực tiếp lawful revenues of public service providers (if any).

2. Payment responsibilities:

a) For đá bóng trực tiếp attraction allowance; đá bóng trực tiếp long-term working allowance in particularly difficult socio-economic areas; đá bóng trực tiếp occupational preferential allowance; allowances for purchasing and transporting clean, fresh water; travel expenses; allowances for visiting, learning, professional training, foreign language training; mobility allowances; and ethnic minority language teaching allowances for teachers, and educational management public employees working in particularly difficult socio-economic areas, đá bóng trực tiếp payment for đá bóng trực tiếp beneficiaries on đá bóng trực tiếp payroll of any agency, organization, or unit is done by that agency, organization, or unit;

b) For đá bóng trực tiếp initial allowance when receiving work in particularly difficult socio-economic areas, đá bóng trực tiếp receiving agency, organization, or unit will make đá bóng trực tiếp payment. In case of secondment, đá bóng trực tiếp sending agency, organization, or unit will make đá bóng trực tiếp payment;

c) For đá bóng trực tiếp one-time allowance when transferring work out of particularly difficult socio-economic areas or when retiring (or when đá bóng trực tiếp workplace is no longer considered particularly difficult socio-economic areas by competent authorities), đá bóng trực tiếp agency, organization, or unit on đá bóng trực tiếp payroll when đá bóng trực tiếp beneficiaries transfer work or when retiring (or when đá bóng trực tiếp workplace is no longer considered particularly difficult socio-economic areas by competent authorities) will make đá bóng trực tiếp payment.

Thus, đá bóng trực tiếp funding sources for paying đá bóng trực tiếp occupational preferential allowance come from:

- For officialsand workers in agencies, organizations of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party, đá bóng trực tiếp State, socio-political organizations, and salaried individuals in đá bóng trực tiếp armed forces, đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp policy prescribed inNghị định 76/2019/NĐ-CPis ensured from đá bóng trực tiếp state budget according to đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of đá bóng trực tiếpLuật vtv5 trực tiếp bóngand guiding documents;

- For officialsand public employees, and workers in public service providers of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party, đá bóng trực tiếp State, and socio-political organizations, đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp policy prescribed inNghị định 76/2019/NĐ-CPis ensured from đá bóng trực tiếp state budget and from đá bóng trực tiếp lawful revenues of public service providers (if any).
