2. Candidates with high achievements in national or international exams, competitions, tournaments organized or nominated by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, are directly admitted in the graduation year of High School (or graduation of intermediate level) into fields appropriate to the exam subjects, topics, or competition, specifically in the following cases:
a) Candidates winning first, second, or third prize in the national or international Excellent Student Competition or national or international science and technology competition organized or nominated by the Ministry of Education and Training; the time of winning the prize must not exceed 3 years from the time of direct đá bóng trực tiếp consideration;
b) Candidates winning official prizes in international art competitions in singing, dancing, music, and fine arts recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the time of winning the prize must not exceed 4 years from the time of direct đá bóng trực tiếp consideration;

Organization of Registration and SupplementaryAdmission
- Based on the đá bóng trực tiếp quotas and the number of candidates who have confirmed đá bóng trực tiếp into the fields and programs, the đá bóng trực tiếp council of the training institution shall consider and decide on supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp rounds. The training institution shall announce the plan, method, and form of registration for supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp rounds; đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for fields and programs according to each đá bóng trực tiếp method, but not lower than the conditions of the previous đá bóng trực tiếp round.
- Candidates who have not yet been admitted or have been admitted but have not confirmed enrollment anywhere can register for supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp rounds according to the plan and instructions of the training institution.
- After each đá bóng trực tiếp round, the training institution shall announce on its electronic information page the đá bóng trực tiếp scores (and additional conditions, if any) into fields, programs according to the đá bóng trực tiếp methods; allow candidates to check their individual đá bóng trực tiếp results; send đá bóng trực tiếp notices and instructions for admitted candidates to enroll.

From August 28, 2024, to December 2024, candidates with needs for supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp rounds of a training institution shall follow the DAS posted on the training institution's đá bóng trực tiếp information page (if the training institution admits supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp). Admitted candidates who have confirmed enrollment are not eligible for supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp, except in cases where the head of the training institution allows for non-enrollment.
The supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp period is from August 28, 2024, to December 2024.
Candidates with needs for supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp rounds shall follow the đá bóng trực tiếp plan of the training institution, which is posted on the đá bóng trực tiếp information page (if the training institution admits supplementary đá bóng trực tiếp).
