Collecting xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube authorities shall receive claims for refund of overpaid amounts. In case of refund of overpaid amounts under an annual/terminal statement of corporate income xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube or personal income xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube, the xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube authority that received the statement shall provide the refund.
b) Collecting customs authorities shall receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube refund claims in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube laws. Customs authorities where exit procedures are followed shall receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube refund claims submitted by foreigners and Vietnamese people residing overseas.

What are the regulations on PIT refund if employees authorize the employer to finalize xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in Vietnam?
According to Article 28 ofCircular 111/2013/TT-BTCregarding PIT refund:

1. The refund of personal income xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applies to the persons that have registered and obtain xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube codes when they submit thetax finalization form.
2. If the person has delegated the income payer to finalize xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube refund shall be made via the income payer. The income payer shall offset the overpaid and underpaid xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube. After offsetting, the overpaid xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube shall be offset against the xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in the next period or refunded on request.

Thus, employees can get a PIT refundeven if they have authorized the income payer to finalize on their behalf; the PIT refund is specifiedas follows:
