Is it necessary to pay interest on late payment when tax declarations are amended in Vietnam?

According to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp provisions in Clause 1 Article 59 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếpLaw on Tax Administration 2019, taxpayers who amend personal income tax finalization declarations must pay late payment interest in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following cases:

Handling for late tax payment

1. Cases required to pay interest for late payment include:

c) Taxpayer amends tax declarations reducing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp amount of tax refunded or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax administration agency, or competent state agency discovers and audits that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp refunded amount is smaller than bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp refunded amount hence requiring late payment interest for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp reclaimed refund amount calculated from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp day bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp refund was received from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget;

A taxpayer must pay late payment interest when amending personal income tax finalization declarations under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp specified circumstances.

Additionally, if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer amends tax declarations resulting in a decrease in tax payable, or if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax administration agency or competent state agency discovers and audits a reduction in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax payable, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer is allowed to adjust bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp calculated late payment interest corresponding to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp reduced discrepancy.
