Location to apply for first-time taxpayer registration

1. A taxpayer filing taxpayer registration along with enterprise registration, cooperative registration, or business registration will submit their taxpayer registration documents at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái same location where they submit enterprise, cooperative, or business registration documents in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái law.

2. A taxpayer filing taxpayer registration directly with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority will submit their taxpayer registration documents at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following locations:

a) Organizations, business households, and individual businesses will submit their taxpayer registration documents at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization, business household, or individual business is headquartered;

b) Organizations and individuals responsible for tax deduction and remittance on behalf of others will submit their taxpayer registration documents at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority directly managing them;

c) Households and individuals not engaged in business will submit their taxpayer registration documents at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority where taxable income arises, their registered permanent residence, or their registered temporary residence, or at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái location where obligations arise concerning xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái state budget.

3. Individuals authorizing an organization or individual to pay income tax on their behalf should submit their taxpayer registration documents through xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization or individual paying xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái income. That organization or individual is responsible for compiling and submitting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer registration documents on behalf of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority directly managing them.

In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case of an individual authorizing an organization or individual to pay income taxes on their behalf, they submit their taxpayer registration documents through xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization or individual paying xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái income.

According to Article 34 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiLaw on Tax Administration 2019, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulation is as follows:

Issuance of Taxpayer Registration Certificate

1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority will issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer registration certificate to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer within 03 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date of receipt of complete taxpayer registration documents. Information on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer registration certificate includes:

a) Name of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer;

b) Tax identification number;

c) Number, date, month, and year of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái enterprise registration certificate or establishment and operation license or investment registration certificate for business organizations or individuals; number, date, month, and year of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái establishment decision for organizations not subject to business registration; information from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái citizen identification card, identity card, or passport for individuals not subject to business registration;

d) Directly managing tax authority.

2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority will notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer identification number to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer, replacing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer registration certificate in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following cases:

a) Individuals authorizing organizations or individuals to pay income taxes on their behalf, including dependents of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual;

b) Individuals filing taxpayer registration through xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax return;

c) Organizations or individuals filing taxpayer registration for tax deduction and remittance;

d) Individuals filing taxpayer registration for their dependents.

3. In case of loss, damage, or destruction of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer registration certificate or tax identification number notification, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority will reissue it within 02 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receipt of a complete request form from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer.

An individual authorizing an organization or individual to pay income taxes on their behalf will be notified of their tax identification number by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority, replacing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer registration certificate.
