Based on Clause 3, Article 21 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedure for implementing exit suspension when tax obligations are incomplete is as follows:

- After reviewing and accurately determining lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's tax obligations, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax management authority directly managing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer lists lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals, or individuals acting as legal representatives of enterprises, who are subject to exit suspension and drafts a document using Form No. 01/XC in Appendix III issued with this Decree to send to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay immigration management agency while also informing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer to fulfill lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax obligation before exiting.

- On lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same day of receiving lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notice of exit suspension from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax management authority, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay immigration management agency is responsible for implementing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exit suspension as regulated and publishes it on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay website of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay immigration management authority.

Note:

In cases where documents sent to taxpayers via postal services are returned, but have been published on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax management authority's website, they are considered sent.

d) Foreigners who have not fulfilled tax obligations before exiting from Vietnam.

2. Authority to decide on exit suspension, extension, and cancellation

a) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax management authority directly managing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer has lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority, based on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual situation and tax management tasks in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay locality, to decide on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay choice of cases for exit suspension according to those stated in Clause 1 of this Article.

c) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to decide on exit suspension is responsible for canceling lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension no later than 24 working hours after lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer fulfills their tax obligations.
