What are xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases where late payment interest shall not be charged in Vietnam?
Under Clause 5, Article 59 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Tax Administration 2019, late payment interest shall not be charged in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer provides goods/services which are covered by state budget, including sub-contractors in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investor, and are directly paid for by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investor. If such goods/services are not yet to be paid for, late payment interest will not be charged.
xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay outstanding tax exempt from late payment interest is xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount that is yet to be paid by state budget;
- In xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases specified in Point b Clause 4 Article 55 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Tax Administration 2019, late payment interest shall not be charged pending xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay analysis result, official price, actual payment or additional customs value.
