Principles of tax administration
1. All organizations, households, business households, and individuals have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 obligation to pay tax in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law.
2. Tax administration agencies and other State agencies assigned with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 task of revenue management shall carry out tax administration in accordance with this Law and other relevant legal provisions, ensuring publicity, transparency, equality, and ensuring xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 rights and legitimate interests of taxpayers.
3. Agencies, organizations, and individuals have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 responsibility to participate in tax administration as prescribed by law.
4. Implement administrative reform and apply modern information technology in tax administration; apply tax administration principles according to international practices, including xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 principle that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 nature of activities or transactions determines xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax obligation, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 principle of risk management in tax administration, and other principles suitable to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 conditions of Vietnam.
5. Apply preferential measures when performing tax procedures for exported and imported goods as prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 customs law and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Government of Vietnam.
