Accounting Period

When shall thesole proprietorships submitannualfinancial statement for 2024 after theend ofaccounting period in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 109 ofCircular 200/2014/TT-BTC, regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline for submitting financial statements are as follows:

Deadline for submitting financial statements

1. For state enterprises

a) Deadline for submitting quarterly financial statements:

- Accounting units must submit quarterly financial statements no later than 20 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quarterly accounting period; for parent companies and State Corporations, no later than 45 days;

- Accounting units affiliated with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enterprise, State Corporation must submit quarterly financial statements to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent company, Corporation following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline set by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent company, Corporation.

b) Deadline for submitting annual financial statements:

- Accounting units must submit annual financial statements no later than 30 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual accounting period; for parent companies and State Corporations, no later than 90 days;

- Accounting units affiliated with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State Corporation must submit annual financial statements to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent company, Corporation following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline set by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent company, Corporation.

2. For other types of enterprises

a) Accounting units that are sole proprietorships and partnerships must submit annual financial statements no later than 30 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual accounting period; for other accounting units, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline is no later than 90 days;

b) Affiliated accounting units must submit annual financial statements to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay superior accounting unit according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline set by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay superior accounting unit.

According to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay above regulations, sole proprietorships must submit trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual financial statement for 2024 no later than 30 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual accounting period.

Shall sole proprietorships present trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay financial statement consistently across accounting periods in Vietnam?

a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accounting unit must prepare financial statements at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual accounting period; if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law requires preparation of financial statements according to another accounting period, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accounting unit must prepare according to that period;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preparation of financial statements must be based on data after closing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accounting books. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay superior accounting unit must prepare consolidated financial statements or unified financial statements based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay financial statements of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accounting units within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same superior accounting unit;

c) Financial statements must be prepared with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay correct content, method, and presented consistently across accounting periods; if financial statements are presented differently across accounting periods, reasons must be clearly explained;

d) Financial statements must bear trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay signatures of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preparer, chief accountant, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal representative of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accounting unit. Those who sign trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay financial statements must be responsible for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay report.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual financial statements of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accounting unit must be submitted to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent state agencies within 90 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual accounting period, as prescribed by law.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Finance shall detail financial statementing for each field of activity; responsibilities, subjects, frequency of preparation, methodology of preparation, deadline for submission, place of submission, and financial statement disclosure.
