Based on Article 4 ofCircular 73/2024/TT-BTC, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee schedule is stipulated as follows:
Fee Schedule
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee levels for reissuance and replacement of ID cards are as follows:
a) Replacement of a citizen ID card with an ID card as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 21 of Decree No. 70/2024/ND-CP dated June 25, 2024, of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam detailing several provisions and measures for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Identification: VND 30,000 per ID card;
b) Replacement of ID cards in cases stipulated in Clause 1, Article 24 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Identification: VND 50,000 per ID card;
c) Reissuance of ID cards in cases stipulated in Clause 2, Article 24 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Identification: VND 70,000 per ID card.
- From vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effective date of this Circular until December 31, 2024, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for reissuance and replacement of ID cards will be 50% of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee levels stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article. From January 1, 2025, onwards, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee levels stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article will be applied, except as provided in Clause 3 of this Article.
- From January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for online submission for reissuance and replacement of ID cards will be 50% of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee levels stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article. From January 1, 2026, onwards, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee levels stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article will apply.
Hence, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period during which there is a 50% reduction in fees for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reissuance and replacement of ID cards is as follows:
- From October 21, 2024, until December 31, 2024, there is a 50% reduction in fees for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reissuance and replacement of ID cards.
- From January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025, there is a 50% reduction in fees for online reissuance and replacement of ID cards.
What are cases of exemption fromfees for reissuance and replacement of Vietnamese ID cards?
According to Article 5 ofCircular 73/2024/TT-BTC, cases eligible for a fee exemption for reissuance and replacement of ID cards include:
- Children as defined by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLuật vtv5 trực tiếp; elderly people as defined by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLuật xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái năm 2009 Số; people with disabilities as defined by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLuật người kết quả bóng đá trực.
- People with contributions to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revolution and their relatives as defined by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayPháp lệnh ưu đãi người có công xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Cách mạng 2020 Số hiệu 02/2020/UBTVQH14.
- Ethnic minorities in communes with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions; citizens residing in border communes; citizens residing in island districts; citizens from poor households as defined by law.

- In necessary cases, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identification management agencies specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article may organize procedures for ID card issuance at commune, ward, commune-level towns, agencies, units, or at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay resident’s location.
Additionally, Article 11 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Residence 2020stipulates vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of residence of citizens as follows:
Place of Residence of Citizens
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of residence of citizens includes permanent residence and temporary residence.
- If a place of permanent residence or temporary residence is not determined, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of current residence as specified in Clause 1, Article 19 of this Law shall apply.
Based on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay above provisions, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of residence of citizens includes both permanent and temporary residence.
Thus, if individuals wish to apply for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issuance, reissuance, or replacement of ID cards, they may proceed to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority in their temporary residence to complete vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration.
How to declare and pay fees for reissuance and replacement of ID cards in Vietnam?
According to Article 6 ofCircular 73/2024/TT-BTC, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay declaration and payment of fees for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reissuance and replacement of ID cards are regulated as follows:
- Fee payers shall make fee payments when conducting vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for reissuance and replacement of ID cards to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee collecting organization in accordance with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay methods stipulated byThông tư 74/2022/TT-BTC, which regulates vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form, time, payment, and declaration of fees and charges under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay jurisdiction of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Finance.
- Fee collecting organizations shall remit 100% of collected fees into vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget (central budget) according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program, sub-section of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay current state budget index. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay costs for collecting fees will be allocated by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget (central budget) within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay estimates of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee-collecting organization according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay policies and budget expenditure norms as stipulated by law. Fee collecting organizations shall declare, collect, and pay fees in accordance withThông tư 74/2022/TT-BTC.
