Working principles trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Council
1. The Council works according to collective policies, ensuring democracy, transparency, accuracy, and makes decisions by majority.
2. Members trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Council work independently in the evaluation process and are personally responsible to the Council for their opinions, recommendations, and proposals.
3. At the Council meeting, the Council proceeds with voting by a show trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay hands or ballot. The conclusions trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Council are approved when at least 2/3 trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the members agree (for absent members, opinions must be obtained in writing).
4. The Innovation Council consists trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam and the Basic Innovation Council.
1. The Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam
a) Chairman trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Council: The leadership trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam is the Chairman trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Council.
b) Standing Vice Chairman trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Council: Head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Department - Deputy Head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Standing Committee on Reform & Modernization.
c) Members are leaders trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay departments/units under and directly under the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam presented by the Permanent Council to the General Director for decision in accordance with each specific period.
d) The Reform and Modernization Committee is the permanent unit trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam.
e) The Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam is also the innovation council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam.
2. Basic Innovation Council
a) The Basic Innovation Council consists trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam and the Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Tax Department.
b) The Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Tax Department is established by the decision trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Tax Department Director. The number trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay members in the Council is decided by the Tax Department Director, with a maximum trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay 18 people. The composition trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Innovation Council trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Tax Department has the leadership trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Tax Department as Chairman; the Standing Vice Chairman is the Head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the Personnel Department; Members are leaders trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the departments, leaders trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay certain district tax offices/ regional tax offices as decided by the Tax Department Director.

- Assist the General Director trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam in appraising and evaluating the effectiveness trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay implementation, potential for expansion trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay innovations, effectiveness, and impact scope trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay scientific topics, scientific projects, scientific and technological works within the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam;

- Assist the General Director trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam in appraising, evaluating, and selecting innovations, scientific topics, scientific projects, scientific and technological works trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay individuals within the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam for proposal to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Finance for recognition trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay implementation effectiveness, potential for expansion, impact scope within the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Finance, nationwide;
Provide advice and submit to the General Director trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam to certify the dossiers trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay individuals within the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam for proposal to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Finance for recognition trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay implementation effectiveness, potential for expansion trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay innovations, effectiveness, and impact scope trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay scientific topics, scientific projects, scientific and technological works within the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Finance, nationwide.
- Other tasks related to innovation activities as assigned by the General Director trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the General Department trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Taxation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam.
