Establishment of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council

1. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp district-level People's Committee, based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp number and scale of business households, and individual businesspersons in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp area, decides to establish bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp commune, ward, or commune-level town Tax Advisory Council at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp recommendation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Sub-department.

2. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council is established and operates for a maximum term of 5 years.

3. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council can be re-established or have its members supplemented or replaced in specific cases as follows:

a) Re-establishing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council when it completes its term as stipulated in Clause 2 of this Article.

b) Supplementing or replacing members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following cases:

b.1) Members no longer meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp requirements as specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 6 of this Circular;

b.2) Adding more business households or individual businesspersons to align with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp current number or replace those who have ceased their business at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp commune, ward, or commune-level town;

b.3) Other changes related to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp composition of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council as proposed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Sub-department.

4. Procedures for establishing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council

a) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp commune, ward, or commune-level town Fatherland Front proposes, introduces, and submits a list of business households and individual businesspersons to participate in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Sub-department. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Sub-department is responsible for providing information about bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp business households and individual businesspersons from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp list for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp commune, ward, or commune-level town Fatherland Front to select.

b) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Sub-department proposes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp establishment of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp district-level People's Committee, based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp composition and list of participants, in accordance with this Article (using Form No. 07-1/HĐTV issued with Annex I of this Circular).

1. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson and members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council operate on a concurrent basis. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council is directly supervised by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council concerning bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp provisions set out in this Circular.

2. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council convenes to seek members' opinions on advisory issues as summoned by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council. Meetings are valid when attended by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson and at least two-thirds of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp total members (including bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson). bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council can also gather members' opinions on advisory issues via electronic means. - bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson or Vice Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp commune, ward, or commune-level town People's Committee - Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Council;

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Head or Deputy Head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp inter-commune, ward, or commune-level town Tax Team or equivalent - Standing member;

- An official in charge of finance from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp commune, ward, or commune-level town People's Committee - Member;

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communal, ward, or commune-level town Fatherland Front - Member;

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communal, ward, or commune-level town Police - Member;

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp neighborhood group or equivalent - Member;

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp market management board - Member;

- A representative of business households or individual businesspersons in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp area - Member.

In cases where bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp district administrative area does not have commune-level units, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chairperson of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp district-level People's Committee may decide to establish bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Tax Advisory Council with similar members as prescribed above.
