On February 6, 2025, the Standing Committee trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the National Assembly officially passed Resolution 67/2025/UBTVQH15 which stipulates the levels, conditions for each level, the process trực tiếp bóng đá k+ promotion, and the number, structure, and ratio trực tiếp bóng đá k+ judges' levels at the People's Courts.

Accordingly, Resolution 67 2025 comes into effect from February 6, 2025. Article 1 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Resolution 67/2025/UBTVQH15...Downloaddefines the levels trực tiếp bóng đá k+ judges in the People's Courts as follows:
- First Level Judges trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the People's Court;
- Second Level Judges trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the People's Court;
- Third Level Judges trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the People's Court.
Additionally, in Article 7 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Resolution 67/2025/UBTVQH1, the process trực tiếp bóng đá k+ judge promotion in the People's Court must adhere to the following principles:
- Judge promotion is conducted through a review process; ensuring the conditions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ each judge level; based on the position, number, and structure ratio trực tiếp bóng đá k+ judge levels assigned to each court level and other provisions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Resolution 67/2025/UBTVQH1;
- Ensure transparency, objectivity, and compliance with the law;
- Only promote judges to the next higher level adjacent to the current level;
- Promotion does not apply to judges under disciplinary action or under investigation, prosecution, or trial, or during the period trực tiếp bóng đá k+ disciplinary-related provisions by the Communist Party or state law.
Decision-making authority regarding judge promotion and rank assignment in the People's Court is as follows:
- Based on the number trực tiếp bóng đá k+ each judge level assigned; conditions and promotion process, and other provisions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ this Resolution, the head trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the authorized agency or unit as per management decentralization proposes judge rank promotion and assignment;
- Chief Justice trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the Supreme People's Court decides on judge rank promotion and assignment.

How many types trực tiếp bóng đá k+ court fees are there currently in Vietnam?
According to Article 4 trực tiếp bóng đá k+Resolution 326/2016/UBTVQH14, court fees are classified as follows:
(1) Fees for resolving civil, marriage and family, business, commercial, and labor requests under court jurisdiction as stipulated in clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 27; clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 29; clause 1 and clause 6 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 31; clause 1 and clause 5 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 33 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ theCivil Procedure Code 2015.
(2) Fees for the recognition and enforcement in Vietnam or non-recognition trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign court judgments/decisions, or decisions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ other competent foreign authorities, or non-recognition trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign arbitration decisions, including:
- Fees for recognition and enforcement or non-recognition in Vietnam trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign court judgments, decisions or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ other foreign competent authorities as stipulated in clause 5 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 27; clause 9 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 29; clauses 4 and 5 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 31; clauses 3 and 4 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Article 33 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ theCivil Procedure Code 2015;
- Fees for appealing court decisions on the recognition and enforcement trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign court judgments and foreign arbitration decisions in Vietnam.
(3) Fees for resolving requests related to Vietnam commercial arbitration tribunals handling disputes as regulated by arbitration law.
(4) Fees for filing bankruptcy proceedings.
(5) Fees for evaluating the legality trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a strike.
(6) Fees for arresting sea vessels and aircraft.
(7) Fees for executing court delegations from foreign courts in Vietnam.
(8) Fees for judicial delegations abroad.
(9) Fees for obtaining copies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ documents and photographic copies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ documents at the court, including:
- Fees for photocopying documents, evidence in case files made by the court;
- Fees for obtaining copies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ judgments, court decisions;
- Fees for obtaining copies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ criminal record clearance decisions;
- Fees for obtaining other court documents.
Thus, there are currently 9 types trực tiếp bóng đá k+ court fees as per Resolution 326.
