On June 17, 2024, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Government of Vietnam issuedNghị định 64/2024/NĐ-CPregarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái deadline for payment of value-added tax (VAT), corporate income tax, personal income tax, and land rent for 2024.
Article 4 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CPoutlines xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái specifics of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension of payment deadline of taxes and land rents s for 2024 as follows:
(1) For Value-Added Tax (excluding VAT at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái import stage)
- Extension of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT amount arising (including tax allocated to other provincial jurisdictions where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer's headquarters are located, and tax payable on each occurrence) of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax periods from May to September 2024 (for monthly VAT declaration) and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax periods of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái second quarter of 2024 and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái third quarter of 2024 (for quarterly VAT declaration) of enterprises and organizations mentioned in Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CP.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension is 5 months for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payable in May 2024, June 2024, and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái second quarter of 2024; 4 months for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payable in July 2024; 3 months for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payable in August 2024; and 2 months for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payable in September 2024 and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái third quarter of 2024. This extension period is counted from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline as prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax management laws.
Enterprises and organizations qualifying for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension shall declare and submit xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái monthly and quarterly VAT declarations as per current legal regulations but are not required to pay xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT amount that arises as declared. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadlines for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extended periods are as follows:
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái May 2024 tax period is no later than November 20, 2024.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái June 2024 tax period is no later than December 20, 2024.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái July 2024 tax period is no later than December 20, 2024.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái August 2024 tax period is no later than December 20, 2024.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái September 2024 tax period is no later than December 20, 2024.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái second quarter of 2024 tax period is no later than December 31, 2024.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái third quarter of 2024 tax period is no later than December 31, 2024.
- In cases where enterprises and organizations as mentioned in Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CPhave branches or affiliated units that declare VAT separately with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái local tax authorities, such branches or units are also eligible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment extension.
In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái branches or affiliated units of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái enterprises or organizations mentioned in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CPdo not carry out production or business activities in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái sectors eligible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái branches or affiliated units are not entitled to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái VAT payment extension.
(2) For Corporate Income Tax
- Extension of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax payment deadline for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái corporate income tax amount of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái second quarter of 2024 arising from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái quarterly estimated tax payments of enterprises and organizations, as specified in Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CP. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension period is 3 months, starting from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái corporate income tax payment deadline as stipulated by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax management laws.
- In cases where enterprises and organizations as mentioned in Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CPhave branches or affiliated units that declare corporate income tax separately with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái local tax authorities, such branches or units are also eligible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái corporate income tax payment extension.
In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái branches or affiliated units of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái enterprises or organizations mentioned in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CPdo not carry out production or business activities in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái sectors eligible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái branches or affiliated units are not entitled to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái corporate income tax payment extension.
(3) For VAT and Personal Income Tax of Household Businesses and Individual Businesses
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái payment deadline for VAT and personal income tax applies to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax amounts arising in 2024 for household businesses and individual businesses operating in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái sectors mentioned in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CP. Household businesses and individual businesses are required to settle xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax amount extended in (3) no later than December 30, 2024.
Note: In cases where enterprises, organizations, household businesses, and individual businesses engage in multiple economic sectors, including sectors eligible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension as specified in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 3 ofNghị định 64/2024/NĐ-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following apply: enterprises and organizations are granted extensions for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái entire amount of VAT and corporate income tax payable; household businesses and individual businesses are granted extensions for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái entire VAT and personal income tax payable as guided inNghị định 64/2024/NĐ-CP.
(4) For Land Rent
Extension of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái payment deadline for 50% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái land rent arising in 2024 (xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái second installment of 2024) for enterprises, organizations, households, and individuals meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái criteria specified in Article 3 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CPwho are directly leasing land from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State under decisions or contracts of competent State agencies in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái form of annual land rental payments. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension period is 2 months starting from October 31, 2024.
This provision applies to cases where enterprises, organizations, households, and individuals have multiple land lease decisions or contracts with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State and have multiple production and business activities, including sectors eligible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension as specified in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 3 ofNghị định 64/2024/NĐ-CP.

According to Clause 2, Article 5 ofDecree 64/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer must identify and be responsible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application for extension ensuring xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right subject is granted xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension.
If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer submits xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application for Extension form to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authorities after September 30, 2024, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension of payment deadline of taxes and land rents as prescribed inNghị định 64/2024/NĐ-CPwill not be granted.
In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer supplements xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax return of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extended tax period, causing an increase in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái payable amount, and submits it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authorities before xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extended tax payment deadline, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extended amount includes xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái increased amount due to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái supplementary filing. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer supplements xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax return of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extended tax period after xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extended tax payment deadline, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái increased amount is not eligible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension.
