2. Certification of Taxes Paid in Vietnam for foreign residents:
In cases where a resident of a Country that has signed a Tax Treaty with Vietnam is liable to pay income tax in Vietnam according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Tax Treaty and Vietnamese tax law, and wishes to certify lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxes paid in Vietnam to be deducted from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax payable in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay country of residence, they need to follow lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures below:
a) When a taxpayer requests certification of taxes paid in Vietnam, they should submit lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request dossier to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Tax Department of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay province or centrally-run city where lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax is registered. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier includes:
a.1) A application for confirmation of tax paid in Vietnam according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Tax Treaty using Form 03/HTQT issued in Appendix I of this Circular, providing information on transactions related to taxable income and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax amount arising from those transactions within lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scope of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Tax Treaty;
a.2) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay original (or certified copy) Certificate of Residence issued by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay residence country (clearly stating lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay term for which lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individual is a resident) and legalized;
a.3) A Power of Attorney if lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer authorizes a legal representative to carry out lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for applying lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Tax Treaty.
