a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision is made according to Form No. 02/CC in Appendix III issued with this Decree. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision for deducting money from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer’s salary or income must clearly state: Name, address, tax identification number of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer being enforced; reason for enforcement; amount to be enforced; name, address of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube agency or organization managing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube salary or income of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube individual being enforced; name, address, and account number for depositing into xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube state treasury; method of transferring xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforced amount to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube state treasury.

Who shall receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision on deducting money from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer’s salary or income in Vietnam?
According to Article 32 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision on deducting money from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer’s salary or income is sent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following subjects:
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube individual being enforced, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube agency, organization managing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube salary or income of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube individual being enforced;
- Relevant agencies, organizations immediately on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube day of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision issuance and updated on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube electronic information portal of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax or customs sector.
Note:
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision is sent electronically in cases where electronic transactions in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube field of tax management are possible;
+ In cases where electronic transactions in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube field of tax management are not yet possible, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision is sent by registered mail via postal service or directly delivered.
- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube decision is delivered directly and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube organization, individual being enforced does not receive it, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube competent person or tax official, customs official responsible for delivering xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision shall make a record of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube organization or individual’s refusal to receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube decision, with certification from local authorities where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube organization or individual has a registered address with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax management agency, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube decision is considered delivered.
- In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube decision is sent via postal service by registered mail, if after 10 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision was sent by postal service for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube third time and returned due to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube organization or individual being enforced not receiving it;
+ If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision has been posted at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube headquarters of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube organization or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube residence of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube individual being enforced, or if there is reason to believe that xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer being enforced is evading and not receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube enforcement decision, it is considered delivered.
