2. For taxes declared annually:
a) For annual tax statement dossiers: xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube last day of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube 3rdmonth from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube calendar year or fiscal year. For annual tax declaration dossiers: xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube last day of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube first month from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube calendar year or fiscal year
b) For annual personal income tax statements prepared by income earners: xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube last day of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube 4thmonth from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube calendar year;

Deadline extension
1. In case a taxpayer is unable to submit xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax declaration dossier by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline due to a natural disaster, epidemic, fire or accident, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube supervisory tax authority will consider extending xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline for submission.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline shall be extended for up to 30 more days for monthly, quarterly, annual declarations and declaration upon tax incurrence; 60 more days for terminal tax declaration.
3. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer shall send a written request for deadline extension to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority before xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline, provide explanation and confirmation by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube People’s Committee or police authority of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube commune in which xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube event mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article occurred.
4. Within 03 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube day on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer’s request is received, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority shall inform xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer in writing of whether such request is granted.
Thus, in case a taxpayer is unable to submit xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax declaration dossier by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline due to a natural disaster, epidemic, fire or accident, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube supervisory tax authority will consider extending xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline for submission.
