d) Localities direct specialized agencies at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provincial and district levels to proactively cooperate with relevant bodies to draft a Decision detailing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro functions, tasks, powers, and organization of their apparatus for submission to competent authorities immediately once a unified guideline from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Government of Vietnam is received, ensuring conditions for conducting party congresses at various levels.
