Preferential import tax rates for materials, supplies, and components used for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp production, processing (assembly) of prioritized supporting industry products for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp automotive manufacturing and assembly sector until December 31, 2024 (referred to as kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tax incentive program for automobile supporting industry)

5. Dossiers and procedures for registering for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tax incentive program for automobile supporting industry

a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application dossier for participation in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tax incentive program for automobile supporting industry includes:

a.1) application form for tax incentive program for automobile supporting industry according to Form No. 08 in Appendix II issued with this Decree: 01 original copy;

a.2) Investment certificate or Investment registration certificate or Enterprise registration certificate or Business registration certificate (applicable for cases stipulated in point a, clause 2 of this Article): 01 certified copy;

a.3) Notification document on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp production and processing (assembly) facilities; machinery and equipment at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp production and processing (assembly) facility to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp customs authority according to Form No. 09 in Appendix II issued with this Decree (applicable for cases stipulated in point a, clause 2 of this Article): 01 original copy. Land use rights certificate issued by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competent authority to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp enterprise or land use rights certificate issued by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competent authority to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp landowner and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp land lease, loan contract, or factory lease in case of rented or borrowed land for production use: 01 certified copy;

a.4) Certificate of eligibility to produce and assemble automobiles issued by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Industry and Trade (applicable for cases stipulated in point b, clause 2 of this Article): 01 certified copy.

b) Registration procedures for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tax incentive program for automobile supporting industry
