For Buddhists, "Tết Nguyên Tiêu" is of particular importance, as expressed in the saying:“Offering throughout the year is not as meaningful as the Full Moon of January” or “Worshiping Buddha all year round is not as meaningful as the Full Moon of January”.

On this occasion, each family often prepares a tray of offerings to express their respect to Buddha, ancestors, and to pray for a peaceful and prosperous new year. Are Vietnamese trực tiếp bóng đá k+ officials eligible for any days off on "Tết Nguyên Tiêu" 2025?

Based on Article 112 of theBộ luật xem bóngwhich stipulates holidays and Tet as follows:

Holidays and Tet

1. Employees are entitled to leave with full pay on the following public and Tet holidays:
   a) New Year's Day: 01 day (January 01 of the Gregorian calendar);
   b) Lunar New Year: 05 days;
   c) Victory Day: 01 day (April 30 of the Gregorian calendar);
   d) International Labor Day: 01 day (May 01 of the Gregorian calendar);
   e) National Day: 02 days (September 02 of the Gregorian calendar and 01 day immediately before or after it);
   f) Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day: 01 day (March 10 of the lunar calendar).
2. Foreign employees working in Vietnam, in addition to the holidays prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article, are also entitled to one traditional national day and one national day of their country.
3. Annually, based on actual conditions, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam decides specifically the leave days prescribed in Points b and e Clause 1 of this Article.

(4) Intermediate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examiner

Based on Clause 1 Article 12 ofCircular 29/2022/TT-BTC, an intermediate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examiner is an official who executes specialized professional tasks within the trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sector, directly participating in specific operations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ management at the unit.
