10. APA cancellation
a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA may be cancelled in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following cases: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp taxpayer or any of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp related parties fails to comply with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp terms and conditions of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA; there is a material error in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA application, annual or ad hoc APA report; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp taxpayer fails to provide adequate information and documents in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp annual or ad hoc APA reports as requested by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tax authority; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp taxpayer and tax authority fails to reach a consensus on revisions to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA; cancellation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA is requested by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp other party's tax authority and accepted by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Finance; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp taxpayer submits a request for cancellation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA and provides reasonable explanation.
b) In case kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA is cancelled, General Department of Taxation shall issue a notice of APA cancellation. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp notice shall specify kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp reasons for cancellation and cancellation date. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp taxpayer shall fulfill tax obligations mentioned in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp cancelled APA in accordance with applicable regulations on tax administration of enterprises having related-party transactions from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp cancellation date.
Thus, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp cases of APA cancellation in Vietnaminclude:
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp taxpayer or any of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp related parties fails to comply with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp terms and conditions of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp APA;
