- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chief of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspectorate shall issue vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision to impound documents and items relevant to tax evasion.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment shall be carried out when it is necessary to clarify vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay basis for taking actions against tax evasion.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chief of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspectorate shall issue vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision to impound documents and items relevant to tax evasion. Within 24 hours from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chief of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspectorate shall request vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority to issue an impoundment decision. Such decision shall be issued by a competent person within 08 working hours from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request. If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent person rejects vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chief of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspectorate shall return vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay documents and items within 08 working hours after vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent person gives vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rejection.

- In case of impoundment, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chief of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspectorate shall issue a record. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay record shall specify vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay names, quantities, categories of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay documents and items; bears vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay signature of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment decider and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person responsible for management of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impounded documents and items. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment decider has vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay responsibility to protect vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impounded documents and items and take legal responsibility if they are lost, swapped or damaged.

- Storage of impounded Vietnamese currency, foreign currencies, gold, silver, gemstones, precious metals and other items that require special management shall comply with regulations of law. In case of impoundment of perishable items, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment decider shall issue an impoundment record. Collected money shall be sent to an impoundment account at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State Treasury to ensure collection of tax, late payment interest and fines.

- Within 10 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment date, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment decider shall handle vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impounded documents or items in accordance with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay handling decision or return them to their owner if they are not confiscated. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay impoundment duration may be extended in complicated cases. Nevertheless, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration must not exceed 60 days. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extension of impoundment duration shall be decided by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent person mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article.
