Under lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions in Clause 1, Article 3 ofCircular 215/2013/TT-BTC, amended by Clause 2, Article 2 ofCircular 87/2018/TT-BTC, six tax enforcement measures taken against organizations and individuals in Vietnam subject to enforcement as follows:

[5]Confiscate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer’s money and assets that are being held by a third party.

[6] Revoke business registration certificates, enterprise registration certificates, licenses for establishment and operation, or practicing licenses.

What are lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay methods of sendingtax enforcement decisions toorganizations and individualssubject to enforcement in Vietnam?

Sendingtax enforcement decisions toorganizations and individualssubject to enforcement in Vietnam is carried out according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Article 6 ofCircular 215/2013/TT-BTC, amended by Clause 2, Article 1 ofCircular 87/2018/TT-BTCas follows:

[1] For organizations and individuals subject to enforcement:

(1.1) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision must be sent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforced party before carrying out lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement. In case lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer already has an electronic tax transaction account, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision is sent electronically. If lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer does not have an electronic tax transaction account, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision is delivered directly or sent by registered mail through lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay post office.

(1.2) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay circumstances in which lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision is considered served are as follows:

- If delivered directly and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual does not accept it, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authorized person or tax official responsible for delivering lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision must make a record of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual’s refusal, with a confirmation from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local authority where lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual has registered an address with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office; this is considered served.

- If sent by registered mail and returned after being sent three times within 10 days due to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforced party not accepting it, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision shall be posted at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay headquarters of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay residence of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individual subject to enforcement, or if there is evidence that lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforced party is evading receipt of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision, it is considered served.

[2] For related organizations and individuals:

lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person authorized to issue lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision or tax official tasked with carrying out enforcement must send lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision to related organizations and individuals before enforcement.

If lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement requires coordination with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Committee of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune, ward, or commune-level town, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision must be sent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Committee of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay concerned commune, ward, or commune-level town where lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement is to take place for coordination.

Under Clause 1, Article 7 ofCircular 215/2013/TT-BTCregarding responsibilities during lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of tax enforcement decisions:

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issue of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision shall organize lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of such decision.

lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issuer of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision shall send lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision to relevant entities and organize lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on administrative penalties for tax offences issued by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issuer and his/her inferior.

- If lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision is issued by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay President of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People’s Committee, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay President of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People’s Committee shall appoint an agency affiliated to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People’s Committee to take charge of implementation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay appointment of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay agency in charge must be appropriate for its function. If lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case is related to multiple agencies, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay appointment shall be decided on a case-by-case basis.

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People’s Committee of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune where lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay delinquent taxpayer is located shall appoint relevant agencies to cooperate with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority in enforcement of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax decision.

- Any organization or individual that receives lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision must implement it and bear all lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement costs.

- Relevant entities shall cooperate with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issuer of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision or agency in charge of enforcement in taking actions to implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enforcement decision.
